Just an impromptu test to see where we're at with the 80# Dumbbell Curl, at the end of an Upper Body Push and Marathon Grip session.

    Hard to fathom Bruce Lee did 70-80 LBS Dumb Bell Curls 8 with 3 sets and was only 140 pounds.

    I did 50s the other day for 6-7 reps each arm. Thats the most I’ve done so far. If I cant do more then 3 reps each arm i dont count it

    You should count it. If you can lift it, than you can lift it, whether its one or 4 reps. If you can do 60 or 70x 1, then that should count. Thats a lift. The ultimate goal should be to increase your 1 rep maximum, which means you should start tracking such, and more frequently lifting close to it.

    Youre dumb. Enhanced people are much stronger thus the word "enhanced" If this guy is natty, if he takes steroids, he will be able to curl 120 in 2 days. Most steroids make you 50% stronger instantly

    To needs to work on form. Would it be wise to get better with lighter weights before moving on to 80 lbs? Shoot, is there a physical limit to how much weight a person could curl?
