Mine own hair growth journey of success, I stuck to this daily regimen: Take early morning sunshine every day for essential vitamin D. Consume vegetables of different colours. Using paraben-free and fragrance free shampoo and massaging two times per week with hair oil from litttleextra cocooonion oil. Important to keep in mind that hair growth is affected by general well-being as well as circulation and nutrition.

Start with 5 to10 but try to achieve 15 min duration..

Yoga is not a auto satisfaction trip...real yoga have to transform the mind in order to see other as more important as ourself or at least equal to ourself... If not it is just a lost of time....

I have improved my hair by doing all these things: Having more and more Vitamin C from orange, lemon, and kiwi, 8 hours of enough sleep daily, consume nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also eat fish like sardines, salmon. Exercise at least 30 mins daily. Using organic oil, neem wood comb, massager for scalp by liitleextra coconion twice a week. This is good to control hair fall.
