Will im a 30 year old former Alcohol and cocaine addict, im in severe debt and currently living at my moms house. But i work 2 jobs to pay back what i owe and to help with my part of the rent, i workout 5 days a week now and in 2 years i will be debt free and have my life back again. I just wanted to say thanks because i stumbled on your videos before actually starting to workout and it gave me a really big push in the right direction. Thanks bro, im sorry for your small calves.

2-3 years ago I found Will’s video about how he lost 100 lbs and it got me motivated. I’m now going to the gym 3-4 times a week lifting and am down 25 lbs while putting on muscle. 6’1 220 now with a lot more progress to go, but the fun while still insightful videos just hit so differently.

theyre both great for the price, what i do like about the 2nd one though is that they work on your mobility and flexibility. A lot of people that go to the gym forget how important they are, and a lot of times you don't even notice how much mobility youre lacking because you just get used to it, so having someone able to see it and try to correct it and tell you where you need help will improve your lifting a lot.

@@lofivibez182 You can find practically all the information you need for your physical training needs for free. But you have to put time and effort in finding them, and applying them. Trainers exist because for lot of people it's easier to have someone else couch them step-by-step.

@@lofivibez182 i dont think its terrible for the price. Its not for everyone, i wouldnt pay for that myself but it could be beneficial to some people. You can literally find ANYTHING online, you can be sick and diagnose yourself and even find remedies for whatever illness you have but aat the end of the day youll still see a doctor.

@@lofivibez182there’s something to be said about actually getting feedback in real time. If you have a literal full team of experts dedicated to getting you from point A to point B, you’re gonna get there faster than doing it all by yourself. Trial and error is a pretty slow process and people who can afford $8,000 for personal training probably don’t have a whole lot of free time to spend on fitness KZread.
