Heal from the inside out. He is so right. I had Psoriasis for 20 years, flare up after flare up, itching pain, red skin, scales and breakouts covering 70% of my body, now none. Natural healing works. Dietary changes, water, stress management and better sleep all helps. I'm clear and staying clear.

I would definitely echo the recommendation to fix your gut. I don't think I've ever seen a patient with skin issues NOT have gut issues (dysbiosis, SIBO, leaky gut or yeast overgrowth). Remember it is NOT normal to have constipation/diarrhea, abdominal pain, gas/bloating or issues with belching and reflux. Those are signs that something is going on in your gut! Make sure to get it checked out.

This is exactly correct. You are what you eat and if you dont heal inside you won't heal outside. I detoxed for two weks and followed a stict diet to heal my gut. Chicken bone broth and suppliments and illiminating bad foods such as dairy, red meats, alcohol, sugars, sat fats....now afer two months I am healed!! If anyone is suffering with psoriases you must change your diet and please be patient.. It takes time to heal from the inside.....

I have had the same issues and results as Carol King has stated. I went to a FM practitioner and found to have leaky gut, candida, and food sensitivities so I eliminated dairy, red meats, gluten, sugar and have had tremendous results. My skin lesions are gone except for itchy places on my scalp.. I ve been on a GI protocol - supplements, restricted diet, as well as looking at my emotions and thoughts. I’m still continuing my diet for another 6 mo and will continue with supplements especially digestive enzymes. As Dr Hymen states, psoriasis is not a skin problem but a systemic problem !

Dr Hyman I’ve been suffering with terrible eczema my whole life. I’m 38 years old and I’m just so depressed. I don’t know how much longer I can handle it. I have tried cutting various items out of my diet with certainly some success. Coffee and various other known triggers that heat me up. Sometimes it feels like I’m on fire or covered in ants. So my question is, do you think there might be an underlying cause even though I’ve had blood tests and they show I’m generally normal liver function kidneys and stuff like that. Just not sure what to do anymore, doctor has recommended immunosuppressive long term but I really don’t want that so I thought I’d ask what you thought. Thank you.

I was on Humira for a minute circa 2009. Didn’t really do much at all. Also you’ll develop immunity to it. I used stelara for 7 or 8 yrs with great success however I started getting really achey in lower back and feet etc. thinking it was psoriatic arthritis. It wasn’t it was the stelara and the acheyness went away after getting off of it and switching to cosyntex for a year. That kept my skin clear but I developed fungal infections pretty bad. Now I’m completely off the biologic drugs for 2 years now with no aches other than normal 49 yr old aches. Skin is breaking out but nothing I can’t live with. I try to control using these methods discussed here to varying degrees of success. ( I’m not very diligent). If you’re older I think it’s easier to live with a few smallish patches or spots as long as they aren’t too crazy. Younger people, probably not. I expect I’ll go back on a biologic someday for a little bit at least. I know you didn’t ask for my life story but sometimes it helps to hear how others treated the disease.

Akosi Aya ... fish, chicken, eggs, and you can include all meats (animals) and dairy products are to be avoided not just by people suffering from psoriasis but everybody. Those foods are what is killing 99.9% of Americans and other first world nations. Eat only fruits, vegetables, nuts, and sprouted seeds, and you will be thin, look 10-15 years younger than your contemporaries, and feel great and live a very long healthy life like you wouldn’t believe!!! Eat the food that is naturally here on earth in its most natural form. Don’t eat man’s perversion of “food”.

Michael. Use your intuitive. For privacy reasons, he can hardly give a blow by blow account for individual cases on KZread. Why don't you look into it yourself further? Take the excellent starting point information he gives you in this video, and go forth with it. Google is your friend. Go to the library and read different herbal books. There are thousands of people on internet forums already doing this natural healing method and sharing their individual journeys. There are Facebook pages dedicated to treating psoriasis naturally. Speak to a naturopath or functional medicine doctor for further guidance. What he says is TRUE, although you probably won't find any scientific-evidence if that is what you are after.......then again if you look hard enough, you may find some useful information on PubMed. I have successfully cleared 40 years of chronic psoriasis using diet and supplements. So have a LOT of other people.

My mother`s hands has skin psoriasis about five years ago. My mom was able to deal with her ailment thanks to this psoriasis treatment, ∪nited Moladoz Weebly (yes do Goo ogle). Even so, advancements are recognizable right after a week of making use of it. For the first-time in many years, her psoriasis is managed.

the strategy is simple, if you really want to cure psoriasis then do this: 1. Don't eat processed foods, like cake, candy, chocolate, pasta and bread 2. Don't eat gluten, I already said it but I just want to be clear for you because I really want you to be better because I had it too 3. Don't eat eggs and dairy, you can slowly incorporating the eggs after you healed your psoriasis, but make sure that the chicken has a natural diet and is outside (chickens naturally eat little insects, they don't eat wheat). The same is for dairy, the cow(goats are best but cow is ok) needs to be grass fed and the dairy has to be raw 4. SUGAR, almost forgot it, this is the worst with the processed food, sugar is highly inflammatory and you will see this on your skin 5. Eat grass fed beef(no pork bc it's toxic), the best thing to do is go to a local farmer who sells grass-fed meat, such as lamb and beef. 6. Don't eat too much fruit, almost all the fruit is gmo, the fruit from today is not the same as our ancestors ate, sure it has vitamins and minerals and it's good to eat them but it should me like a snack. just eat them when you're hungry but do not want to cook something 7. Eat veggies, however also almost all the veggies are gmo, the do not have a lot of sugar like fruit. 8. Go to the doc and ask for the best vitamine d and zinc, I do not know where you live and how much it costs for you, but I was fortunate enough that I live in the Netherlands and it was free for me, but it's not really really necessary, it just speeds up the healing 9. Food combining: My psoriasis didn't heal because of this in the beginning. I just ate whenever I wanted, but this is very important. When you wake up, wait 2 hours before you consume anything ( you can drink water if you really need something). After the 2 hours eat some fruit/nuts/veggies (you can do them together if you want). Then wait 2 hours again before you consume anything. At dinner don't combine meat/fish with fruit, you can do some veggies with it if you want. After dinner again wait 2 hours till you consume anything again. Search on the internet on foodcombining and it will be clearer for you 10. Don't consume cafeine, you can drink tea with herbs in it, but look good because in almost all the tea there is sugar. 11. Fatty fish is very good against psoriasis, but it's only good if you eat wild caught. Wild caught salmon is very good, also sardines are good. But almost all the big fishes like tuna and swordfish are very bad for psoriasis, because of the high mercury in it. On the internet you can find a lot of fish with low mercury If you are going to follow this, I know it will be very hard. I was 14 when I was diagnosed wit psoriasis but on my 16th I didn't want to take those drugs and did some research, I'm now 17 and i completely healed my psoriasis. Sometimes you will crave for processed foods, I even still do that but just hold on and eat some fruit or nuts if you really can't anymore, now I'm going to stop writing (hahaha) because this took me a serious 30 minutes. I hope this will work for you rob!, if you want to chat or something, my instagram is: ibi.b_ (i have no profile pic). Good luck on your journey!

...... 🐎🐎 Correct horse. There is NO cure. But there are many ways to go into remission, clear your skin up, and maintain clearance long term. Diet and supplements, along with pharmaceuticals, don't cure you - they simply assist and help you lead a better life. I was miserable when I was covered in psoriasis and it impacted greatly on my daily life. Now I am clear, I can wear shorts and not have to worry about stares or snide remarks from strangers. Nor do I have to worry about leaving a trail of flakes everywhere I go. I chose to take the nutritional medicine path, after steroids alarmingly thinned my skin from prolonged use. I am 100% clear of psoriasis now, but no certainly not cured. The video never said it was a permanent cure.
