@@kalakumar8513 my cousin Donna used to make curried pumpkin pasta and it was sensational! she used these big pasta tubes about the size of baby carrots! and they would fill up with the thick cheesy oniony pumpkin curry sauce! heaven!

I never knew you could make sweet recipes with pumpkin until I was an adult. Now I love it, but pumpkin soup will always be my classic go to recipe 😋

Your channel is one of the best to get back on my veggie grind. I've been on and off with keto and I never feel satisfied that I feel constantly hungry. Never had that issue on a plant based diet. Keep these receipes coming.

I tried the Chipotle Pumpkin soup tonight...with a few substitutions. I didn't have sweet potatoes so I used butternut squash and some agave nectar for sweetness. It was absolutely delish! I'm excited to try some more of these yummy pumpkin recipes! Perfect for Fall!!! Thanks for sharing these!

Oh man, this pumpkin soup is SO GOOD! I made it with whole chipotles in adobo instead of chipotle powder, and it's so smoky and creaming and delicious.
