    Hi, I have IR and always feel really tired after eating a meal, found this after a big lunch (started my diet today and portions feel really big hehe) and hope it will help me get past that, It's really easy and enjoyable, feel better already!

    I don't think you are supposed to sweat, its easy movement to regulate your blood sugar level after meal.

    Is it safe if I take this exercise after meal? How many minutes or hours after meal before I copy your exercise. I know it's in the title 8 min. after meal but here in the Philippines in our home, we were told that we should not do something hard or big after meal because it might affect our appendix. This is an honest question, please enlighten me. I also want to try this especially when I feel like my stomach is full. Sending love from Philippines. 💌💖

    Hey! These workouts are low impact and are just like walking. They are very useful when you feel full and lazy after a meal but want to move a little and feel better;) The moves are easy and do not require using abs, glutes etc. Feel free to do it 10-20 min after a meal and see how you feel - you can always make it faster or slower so to feel your best ❤️

I forgot to comment here earlier, I tried this and I'm telling you, this is the first exercise here in KZread that I copy & finished. 😄 Whenever I want to copy exercises in KZread I ended choosing something I only can & I can't finish all because it's too hard for me. I gave up easily. 😅 My final decision and thoughts on my mine while copying your exercises earlier is "Okay. This will be my everyday exercise/routine especially during mornings." All the best.     Hey! It is like taking a walk so you can do it 5-10 mins after a meal:) though if you feel very heavy you can wait for a bit longer ✌🏻
