730HP TURBO 13B Mazda RX7 FB - The Monster Old School Rotary
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
A warm welcome to everyone checking out my latest KZread video!
In this episode, I share with you my thoughts on this monstrous 730HP 13B Turbo Mazda FB Series 3 RX-7. The legend of the iconic rotaries, many people believe the early models were the purist and finest offerings of Mazda's rotaries built. Extremely capable and a stunning looking machine, most owner's tend to keep them locked away however, this example is built with purpose in mind. An unbelievable driving machine... Find out what I think of this car in the video!
Thank you to the owner Al for sharing his pride and joy!

Devastated to find out that 85% of my cinematic footage on file had corrupted during the filming process... Regardless, I hope you enjoy the video. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas this holiday season!🎄🔥

They were a quick car when they were released. It was definitely fast for the early 80s.

I love everything about it. The look on your face was how i felt every time i drove my turbo rotor.
Absolutely love your cinematics, they get more and more epic every video.
Clay Wong just killing it out there with these 600hp+ car reviews, awesome stuff keep up the great work.
Great video, super high resolution! Car is amazing too, looks like it could use a rack an pinion conversion as it looks like there’s a heap of play in the steering.
My first car was an FB in the same color. God do I miss it.
Big love from the uk. Your videos are great dude. Keep grinding.
Sick video bro! Keep it up
Awesome video as always ! Your videos are so worth more subscribers !
Top 3 things i like about this 1984 R-X7 1. The sound of that 13B bridgeport when the boost cuts in. 2. The Red Paint. 3. See the joy & excitement you get out of driving this retro 80's RX-7 Clay
Always look forward to seeing your latest vids ...like the horsepower -fastest weed eater I've ever heard! !!! Rad

What trans? Th400?
tap throttle while turning. makes for easier turning. u know dis!
nothing wong with this car its beautiful
Wrong Mr Wong, Australian delivered 1st gen RX-7's were SA not FB.
Looks and sounds scary fast. Would have been good to see the engine compartment. Makes my 85 GSL-SE look real slow….

My turbo 2 wrapped se made 415 on pump. That’s scary enough for me. Can’t imagine 730!
Never heard a rotary sound so 😷 sick
What rear spoiler is that?

Most likely custom made
5:05 is that a Skoda Superb ? :D
Tullamarine any Keikor, rurundele road. ✌️👍🙏
Who built it?
Would’ve like to see the engine setup at least 👍
Classic series 3 steering box 😂 try a series 2, less slop. Or s4 rack modded to fit, even better
Doritos 4ever!🙌
Wish you could still get these things for around $3,000
Isnt that rear end 1979? 80-84 had the locense plate on the bumper.

Nevermind. The rest looks 84. Must be us spec the only one that had bumper plates.

USDM and JDM models were released with the filler panel between the lights. The Australian cars had headlight washers, and a number plate between the lights as you see here.

series 1 sa22c rx7 have a complete different rear end look all s2/3 australian delivered models have the number plate as per this model USDM are located under the bumper with a black central garnish where ADM number plates are located
Bozzo still got a head and a half hahahahah
That hood gap tho

Smart hey
not sure where you heard that an ADM sa22c had an option for a 10a or 12a, i believe this to be incorrect Afaik all ADM sa22c came with a 12a carburetor motor
@meifert2
3 жыл бұрын
No SA came with a 10A. They were 12A, 12A turbo or 13B (84-85 only). The America GSL-SE had the 13B

@@YesNoMaybeIDntKnwDoU we didn't get that one in America or O would definitely have one
Man I love your vids but, you have to sort that audio out with a chest mic 🎤
Ngl I couldn’t hear shit he was saying but love the rotary sounds
I love my 1984 series 3. I will never sell it. 26B??
Like it
Up the rotors
I like grassroots abit better as they don't talk over the noise and interview the owner. It shits me when he talks over the car.
Engine bay footage?
Doritos motor
Private jet check. Gen 1 rx7 check. ?
And*
Wow clay your not wong about that
8 sec?? What mph
It isn't an FB, its an SA22C (FB's is an American vin prefix and unique to US/Canada). They never came out with a 10a in Australia, or anywhere for that matter. You should get the owners to fact check your content for you prior to recording :) Great video otherwise!
#braplife
nice car but sounds crap, in the video anyway.
It's still just a rotary
Who calls it a fb wtf
You are not driver for that rx7
He Talk Too Much,🙄
