Many times I see the so called life conviction, I wonder why the life of the convicted is able to continue at our expenses. We are being convicted to pay for them to be held save warm fed medical care all paid for. Capital punishment needs to be brought back across Canada 🇨🇦 Why do they get to live in comfort. While we pay for them. Punishment needs to be equal to the crime , and no more turning the cheek or blind eye on these criminals

So in 25 years the first guy could be free to kill again..what's wrong with the justice systems of this world? He is a very sick person at the very best and at worst he's a very evil man but either way he killed in cold blood and should therefore receive the death penalty period... You can get 25 years for robbery and don't kill anyone...

Yes, I don't know what he had to do to get no parole? Or do you have to hunt and kill more than one person to not get parole? Sort of like the first one is your first and last chance!

All very sad cases. But the young couple hitchhiking through Canada seemed very naive. Should’ve driven in a reliable car & as a guy i would never hitchhike with my young pretty girlfriend & definitely would not go back to a house with 2 dudes you just met & ur girlfriend is the only female, ur asking for trouble. Alcohol creates jealousy & trouble starts & the “nice” guys you met end up turning on you because of her. Yeh travel have fun experience new places but always drive & keep to yourselves, be friendly but do your own thing. That’s what we do anyway & carry a licensed legal firearm as we hunt our meat & there’s way to many weirdo dudes in the woods & on the long distance isolated roads. Females who travel alone on those van life travel blogs on KZread & have had people knocking on their van at 2am after a car pulls up & the woman is scared but says i have my big hunting knife. The naivety is beyond a joke, she would have no hope against a armed man or men. It’s happened to us 3 times & even i was scared it’s real creepy feeling hearing a truck pull up at 3am turn engine off & hear their footsteps walking over & start knocking on the window & walking around our truck & looking at my 450 dirt bike in my trailer so they’d know a man is inside & then they leave. It’s so Creepy knowing a another human is just outside snooping. I couldn’t imagine being a single woman i’d be freaking out i’d sleep closer to a main town not way out in the woods.

Well that made my toes curl up when he went to attack the lady. But thankfully they were there to stop him killing her. To be doing this type of crime at the age of 18 is a very scared thought. And they say he got life and no parole for 25 years. I don't call that life at all. He should never get out as I'd say he will do it again.

Awesome job, Detectives! Those kids lost a lot more than just a caretaker! First, the selfish boyfriend should never let his woman walk alone at night! Men have no respect for them anymore! Arrogant and selfish!! You can't even walk to be with her? Come on!

😢 I wish we would start really doing back ground checks.I have a family member just fresh out and i asked him “why are you bringing your spirit on innocents. “ He faking jobs and money moves, learned how to get over in jail😢 . He out there lying to women 🎯 w no kids, own apartment, money. Lying on his wife like an act. I told him he so wrong. Ask your daughters about these men. Fresh out! Lying about their problems. BTW I pulled my family member background and as he was bragging I showed him the 69 plus hits that came up. He had no idea fresh out your number will give me what I need in you. This predator user just a show as ninja. Typical broke moves. Pictures with celebrities to get around to do murder. 😢 I’m so upset right now. I’m from the bay and this breaks my damn heart.

I remember this case,i lived around the corner "main and danforth" this apt. Complex was at victoria park and danforth called "teesedale" it is a crackhouse area filled with welfare people and drug dealers. Straight up slums. You would either be a crackhead or a bum living in that complex, the cops should have just built a station in the middle being how often they were there.
