Michael - I can't tell you how much this means to me! I was nervous to even post anything since who cares about a 7 year old piece of luggage. 800+ views later, it turns out people actually do! I'll be working on some phone case reviews next and I think you're going to love it!
Damn same thing happened to me but they only sent me a replacement part for the compression - not a whole new bag lol. I’ve had it since 2018 - it’s my workhorse travel bag. Great review!
Has any airline or agent made you check the bag? If so, about how many times have you have to check it?
