If you understand that everything is consciousness and linked to One Source, then visualizing your specific person will cause them to think about you. You have to be specific with your own values and Self Love and they will naturally vibrate towards you. Thoughts and intentions create your reality. Letting go is really surrendering to your new belief system and allowing the Universe to shift your reality.

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to move on, I really loved her so much i can’t stop thinking about her and the memories we shared. I’ve done every technique but I didn’t do it by your teaching. I did it by the way I think of my mindset. The only thing that is really strange how you get away from those human beings. I don’t know when enough is enough they think it’s called confusion. It is not confusion is that I’m already exhausted, mentally, and emotionally. Write down the good healed detailed qualities you want with that person ex: my so will be healed, loving, calm, beautiful, understanding, will treat me like a queen, we will have similar interest we can enjoy together, we both want the same things in life ect. Write your story 🤍 work on “self concept” & that person will then align.

I never understood why anyone would want their ex back. An ex is an ex because it didn’t work out. If you weren't compatible, just remember that there's someone out there who loves you for the real you. Better to focus on someone that will be a good energy source to us than someone who does not value us or who's an energy vampire. Other than that, her techniques are great.

Sorry, a lot of this sounds like utterly terrible advice. The only things I can agree with are that when we attempt to manifest something, we try to emotionally sperate ourselves from the outcome, knowing that the universe unfolds in the best way possible when we have balanced our own energies. A lot of the other things suggested in this video would be pretty unhealthy, especially when directed at an ex-partner. With ex-partners, it is important to learn from the experience and move on, and using that experience to manifest the next relationship with more alignment and better energy than the previous one.
