Empaths are the kindest and most genuine of all humans. They don't deserve to be hurt and betrayed but unfortunately they're preyed upon by narcissists .

It's true. Narcissists have taken up my time and tried to feed on my energy. It's really importants to get your shields up and keep them up around a narcissist. Truth is our liferaft and that energy alone with shut down a narcissist.

yeah i thought i was an empath my self. but turns out im a vulnerable narcissist. although i have empathic ways. as people who are broken or narcissistic come to me. but given my traits personality and how i wad raised. and how i think. im a vulnerable narcissist.

Being loved by an empath is what true love should feel like. If you are blessed enough to find that type of love, appreciate it and never take it for granted.

'Good' guy for me but relatable ... people think im just trying too hard (i kinda am but in the sense i give my all to things naturally) or its disingenuous like the quid pro quo thing mentioned in the video like im just being a nice guy when in reality its just genuine kindness for kindness sake. Plus im often pessimistic in how people generally are and how i am more aware people rather do the dumb easy thing than to try to do the hard correct thing. So when im kind i find it hard to expect good in return cuz alot of what ive known in my life are people being disappointing... so idk. Im just kind to be an example that hopefully others can follow as oppose to rationalizing being not so kind when its not necessary. Ive seen too much chaos in my life to want to add to it

As an empath I’ve had to learn to have boundaries around #6 & #7 you can’t give everything and not ask for help, you’ll end up depressed and angry...

This was nice. Far too many people take Empaths for granted and much worse they use and abuse the love of an Empath both physically, mentally and emotionally. I don't think that I can bear to fall in love ever again unless it's with another empath. It's so tiring to be in a world of shallow people who operate on such low frequencies.

@RJ Belle I get where you are coming from. ..a place of love but I have suffered so much violence from so many people in my 55 years that frankly my body literally cannot take anymore breaks! I am saving my love for the deserving and leave the cruel narcissist abusers to God's love. He is stronger than I am and can read hearts. I have to protect myself. I am not being selfish here just staying safe. I treasure being able to sleep safely at night now. But you can judge me as you wish. I am used to being misunderstood. It's fine.

We do get hurt very badly and comeback with full of motivation 😊😊

@@lindawenzel3037 Were not difficult to love. I used to think that too. It's either, they do love us but we are pure and they are not, and they want to be. Or they don't love themselves so they could never love us. People are damaged even the ones who don't seem like they are. I know I am.

For years I’ve thought something is wrong with me. I’ve scared myself when I reach out to people at the EXACT time they needed it. The one difference for me is that I’m a bit of an introverted extrovert. Anyone else? Anyone else feel others physical pain when you see or hear about it?

I'm sensing something from the comment. I can feel what you don't and do feel. Empaths can feel other people's pain, both physically and emotionally. We can extraordinarily see lies, deceit and malicious intent. It's freakishly strange to most I think because even I didn't want to accept this part if myself. I couldn't stop it even though I tried so I've surrendered to feeling everything I'm intended to. God brought me here and it's all for a purpose. Navigating through life with whom I should allow around me is now what I seek.

Result of test said that I'm extrovert(but it was a close one ), and I l've been living most of my life as introvert, so I am bit of both . However I was always aware of my empathic character but never knew how many things this fact has influenced until I got here, thanks to that I know that being sensitive doesn't mean you're weak, and being in an empath it doesn't mean you're weird but unique, so don't worry, you're not alone in this :-)

Empaths can only use their abilities if they learn to always listen to their intuition... The mind is always there to question our intuition... and once you have doubts about something, you won't listen to your intuition...

When you are an empath, your intuition tells you the truth, but empathy can unfortunately overwhelm your good sense. My intuition made me break up with a guy, but my empathy caused me to marry him. You don't need to know the rest of the story, but he was a narcissist. My intuition tried to protect me, my empathy pulled me into his trap. Needless to say, I paid dearly for that mistake. Never ever marry someone because you feel sorry for them. Narc plus sob story equals capture of empath. Be warned.

@@manmanman4825 holy crap, I do feel like I discovered a power I don't know everything about! When I'm around a certain person, I am "in tune" with them and extraordinary things can happen n do! If they're touching me, even with just one finger or their foot next to mine, we can create successful projects together. When we're engaged in a focused conversation I say words that seem like premonitions without thinking of saying them. Once I was talking to a stranger and the "in tune" person was in a separate room but overheard us. As soon as they entered the room, it came to my mind that the stranger was a danger to me. I learned the stranger was considered an unwelcome person that others were warned about. Ty God for empathic protection that time. Just a few examples, yet I'm an amateur at this "in tune" stuff with others while still learning my empath powers. Maybe they are an empath too. This person seems similar but at a lower and way more cautious level...pondering😏 might be awesomeness!

We attract narcs such a bummer. I want another empath. 🙂

Yes indeed, we are narc magnets. I recently was shown that if I want to be with a giving person I MUST be far more willing and happy to receive from them. Then I was shown that the Universe would be quite pleased if I was more willing to receive what It wishes to give. My mind finally quieted when I realized that my receiving with gratitude was in fact giving what the other truly needs. Now comes the practice, practice, practice. (grin)

I'm an older empath I loved my ex so much that him betraying me literally broke my heart it's a wonderful gift to have regardless of what life brings to you..

When my daughter was around 8 ( she is now 32,) I heard her in the next room talking to her Dad. She said, “Daddy, how does Mommy know the things she tells us.” Big sigh from the most earth grounded tough guy, almost my complete opposite, “I don’t know, she just does.” 😉👍🏼👍🏼

We (empaths) have to struggle and suffer so much more than those that are the opposite: the narcissists, the monophobics, the DPDs. In the long run, empaths have much better lives.

We empaths are guided in our lives by what we feel.

Good description of an empath. I would say forgiveness too, an empath will always look for a way to forgive even when the person has really hurt them. It's easier to forgive than carry around resentment, and they realise no one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes. 😊

Yep! I totally agree. I'm a male, and have always been an empath. This being the case, one would think that women would be attracted to me. I just want to share, to help, and so on, with no ego nor some selfish agenda. But such has never happened to me. I would think that if a woman finds a genuine "good man", she would do all she could to hang on to him. But NO. She prefers some loser she picks up in some bar, to put it literally or figuratively. My only purpose in trying to attract a woman is to offer her the opportunity to learn, to rise above ignorance, to rise above those around them, to grow in spirituality, and to strive for excellence. I even offered financial and emotional support. Over the past 40 years, this support has cost me over $100 thousand and much physical labor. My main desire is for her to be happy, and to have the best life possible, even if with another man. And with no loss of love and empathy on my part. As a Lone Wolf, I really don't need a woman.

I'm so glad I found this channel. It's nice to know I'm not alone. I always knew that I was different then most but never understood why. I didn't figure out that I was an empath until I was 44. After a lot hard life lessons from toxic people in my life. I finely understood how important it is to cut out all toxic people out of your life. It was a very difficult process but starred to feel the results right away. I started feeling physically better and not drained all the time. My life started to transform and is now beginning to change for the better for me. I'm now 47 now and I'm just learning about how to shield myself. It's a work in progress. I would like to hear from fellow empaths. When did you realize you where an empath?

When we love it's forever so if you ever encounter one value every moment as we are very selective who we love. Kinda one reasons why it's hard for us to forgive if we are betrayed especially being lied to.

Yeah forgot though we usually are vocal of love too we dont hide it once we feel it for someone we use it to help them always know they are loved and usually we are writers poets and all like it I am and i am a 1 of a kind empath freaked many out all my life even can feel energy from a phone and backup batteries for them to the point i know when it tells me half done no its 60% in 20 minutes will show 3 bars not 2 bet and sure enough dead on with it when not a wreck :D and i can feel animals nature and all not just humans or electronics i feel if a tree or anything feels dying in it or if something is wrong then pray over it even found a tree all say it is dead been that way for over a decade freaked when I told them it isnt and showed them signs it still lives but barely they think I am a weird freak but can't deny I am awesome at what I do lol

Being an empath is a living hell. After spending years alone, i finally opened up to someone, unleashed all the love within me on her, only to be discarded for an ex toxic alpha male who had continuously lied and cheated on her in the past. Now I am more broken than I have ever been, and don't think I will ever be able to open up that way to anyone ever again. I never have, nor ever will, receive the love that I have given. All I attract are poisonous snakes. I would be a much happier person if I could accept the more shallow relationships that most people settle for in ignorant bliss. All people do is take.

God, this is so on and also so hard at my senior age learn that myself and my adult son being empaths, has had so much to do with others not getting us. Ad at times thinking that the was us who didn't get it while all along it was others wh didn't get us beautiful souls.

I've been told im too much by several women because im raw and Unfiltered. My ex really hurt me and I truly loved her because her vibe and energy matched mine and that's hard to come by these days.
