Outside darkness IS causing seasonal depression for me, so getting outside in the pitch black is not helping 🥲 Instead I love to watch movies/shows set on a summery, sunny, warm place, that helps 😍 Thanks for the motivation and the tips, have a happy, calm and productive new year!

I read a lot of nonfiction, but I just started reading a novel and it's so fun to just read for fun. I want to do more of that this year. For the new year I want to laugh more often and do things for fun. I battle anxiety and depression a lot, so I'm going to look for ways to have fun in the new year. I often don't allow myself to have fun, I want to change that.

Elderly people don't get thirsty as often and subsequently are dehydrated often. A good way to check is by the color of your urine. There are charts on the Internet. You can compare the color to see how hydrated or dehydrated you are.

Awesome video! So many need tips for self care....It makes such a difference in all areas of life. I went to get pedicure after 6 days working at hospital. Got huge blessing. My heart ❤️ is so full and feeling grateful. So I went to pay for my pedicure and a sweet lady sitting next to me had paid for mine when she left without me knowing. Awww. So I got a manicure also. 💅 Self care should be in the budget!

This coming year I’m continuing to increase my exercise using my Apple Watch to track. I want to spend a month on the Whole 30 to identify problem foods. Maintenance of progress in simple living. Notes from this video 1 get organized 2 get connected in person 3 spend time outdoors 4 drink more water 5 make the change 6 reduce screen time 7 go somewhere new

#2 I desperately wish this was possible for me. The pandemic isn’t over and being disabled, I am still social distancing. That means no church, no restaurants, no shopping, no traveling, etc. It’s been extremely lonely and very disconnecting, but I have to do it for my health’s sake. Not to mention the complete lack of empathy from the rest of the world.

Social distancing has also brought on a slew of mental health issues, I feel like connecting with people overall has become a lot harder (at least for me). Sending you a big hug 🤗 stay safe

actually enjoyed this vedeo, very well-made and actua;ly valuable tips. I put myself like 4 of your other videos on 1.75 speed in background while decluttering ym cosmetics and picking which one to put on vinted and they were more bla-blaying nothing new. this one is different, good job
