Alex any advices for fatloss I am 85-85.5 throughout the day I lost 7 kgs in past 4 months and want to lose another 10-15 kgs of fat Follow 6 days of hiit workout of 40 mins (3 days half the time and 3 days full time and 2 days Monday and thursday dumbbells workout for about 10 mins) at home no gym but my diet is full of spicy junk no sweet or salt food no cold drinks only water and lentils and soya chunks and lady's finger and chapati on daily basis as I am vegetarian but the progress has slowed down or maybe remained same but I am not losing weight Tell me what to do??? Girl here. No idea why this came up on my feed , but about the dad bod (MY OPINION).: The appeal is not so much the appearance, but what having a dad bod represents. Most single dudes can put hours in the gym to be ripped. That’s hot to a degree, short run, especially when we’re like in our 20s. But later on, When guys become fathers and start caring for a family/kids, he may not have as much free time to work out; resulting in the “dad bod”. I personally see a dad bod as a man does work out when he has time but inevitably priorities working/providing for his family and helping out with kids, which is a attractive trait long term, especially as we get older and hit parental stage. But if you have a dad bod while young/single because your lazy, playing video games, and don’t take care of your health, that could adversely be a turn off instead.
