I do most of these tricks and I feel amazing after, but for me, my hair is scary to mess with. I have the genes of someone who will lose a lot of hair very very soon!! I don’t like taking medication (I have issues taking pills) so what would you recommend I do?

I've actually bought from Clocks and Colours for awhile now, have a really sweet pair of sunglasses, and a necklace, my only issue is the rings, as they don't sell in the half sizes, which the majority of my fingers require :( also as a CNA I cant wear jewelry or fragrances, so I always feel so naked at work.
