1. Habit: Clear you mind: empty mind through writing down what you don't need or use a calendar, you don't have to keep everything in mind 2. Habit: Take regular breaks, since the brain also gets exhausted and get plenty of sleep 3. Habit: Daily meditation for achieving a state of peace of mind (even a little is good) 4. Habit: Focus on what matters most; multitasking just confuses, fragmented thinking decreases productivity 5. Habit: Take a walk 6. Habit: Eat healthy, avoid coffein, sugar, etc. 7. Habit: Ignore or forget irrelevant information, just let them go

He didn't say: "avoid caffeine". Actually caffeine when taken wisely (I suggest listening to Huberman podcast about caffeine) will help you eleminate brain fog and increase your cognitive performance overall.

@@TheKryank, technically he didn’t say to avoid it, but he clearly pointed out that it is only a temporary boost and after saying that, he recommended to eat healthy instead, so, the avoidance of it is quite implicit, but there.
Great video, thanks Adam - congrats on hitting a million subs too, well earned.

I write in a journal every morning, dumping what's in my brain. But the next day I’m still writing the same stuff. 🤣
