Do you have any suggestions on how to fully recover from a groin strain? I've been dealing with it for months now. I wait, I recover, I feel fit again, but then it hits me once again and I have to take massive breaks from training and so on. I eat well, I do the proper stretching, i take ice baths and cold showers and like I said after 2 weeks or so it feels healed. I go to training and its ok, I do a couple sessions, all fine. Maybe for a month. But then all of a sudden Baaaam! Again the groin. always the same spot, always. I dont understand.

I used to have this problem a lot and I think it has something to do with not leading your groin heal completely and not just until it feels like it is healed. Maybe try taking a break for 2 weeks from any intense physical activty and you should be fine.
How many reps/sets do you recommend?
