one way that ive started to deal with it is by just starting with something I enjoy or something I'm good at and then after 10 minutes switch to a drill that I need to improve. I can get in a 30minute quality session by doing this. I used think that's not a lot but then I thought if I play something every single day for a few years then I'm going to get better. hope this helped u.

Just call it soccer considering its in your name and youre american. Some uninformed Europeans always bring up a stink about it without knowing that the British actually coined the term soccer to distinguish it from rugby football whereas it was originally called association football. Americans can call it whatever they want to distinguish it from the shortened term for gridiron football. Australians call rugby "football" as well. Italians call it "calcio" and that doesnt translate to football either, its kickball. And they always say its a sport played with the foot so its football but no other major sport uses that. Especially the other british sports like Tennis, golf, polo and cricket. Those sports names arent derived from what they use to hit the ball either or else it would be raquetball, metalwedgeball, horsehammerball and paddleball 😂.
