Newbie here, appreciate all the details provided in this tutorial. I especially like the fact that you provide the timestamp so when I need to review a particular setting you refer to I can find it easy. A very professionally done channel... Thanks

Most important lesson learned in this video was turning on those gridlines. I did turn on 1 of them but, I’m going to turn on all 3 so, that I can set up my shot a lot better and know exactly where my drone is flying. Thanks for the tips!

Loved the gridlines tip for the centre point to help you navigate through gaps. Ingenious!

Great information. I use the same setup for my Mavic Air 2 as well. It's because of folks like Aldryn and what he does with flytpath that makes things way easier for new pilots. Keep up the great work Aldryn!!

Thanks for this video, I've just moved to the Mini 2 from my Anafi. Both totally different Apps. So this tutorial has helped me a lot.

I really liked the center point tip for fly throughs! You probably should mention that you'll want your gimbal at 0 deg. to use this.

Thanks for the tips Aldrin, very helpful as always. I noticed the phone charging function only provides 0.5A which is half the standard charge rate from iPhone OEM chargers that typically come with iPhones. Just thought I would point that out. It certainly helps reduce the drain on the phones battery which is helpful. I still have to do some testing to see if "the phone charging" feature maintains my phone battery level or simply allows it to drain slower. I have found that it certainly doesn't put enough charge into the phone to increase the battery level when phone charging is enabled. That's how it is for my phone anyway. Again, thanks for the tip. Most if not all of these tips apply to the Mavic Air 2 as well.

@@RanchoBurger it's a great little drone. Just remember it doesn't have obstacle avoidance. I had mine hovering and it drifted into a tree. Luckily it survived 👍

Thanks a lot man. Great videos. I had the original mini but returned to Amazon because mini 2 came out. You have helped a lot and the phone charging setting really helps because I never charge my iPhone 12z

@@JohnSmith-jk7qo but my PS4 Pro works just fine. Games look just as good. Just for better load times and 60 FPS? Not worth it right now. I’ve been wanting a drone for a while now.

I agree. This is definitely the drone to get. I enjoy flying it a lot and you get a lot for a good price. DJI has great customer service, so if you do crash, you can ship it to them or go to a store. You just don’t get that with many other competitors.

This drone is the reason I didn't but the new XBox X Series. There's nothing wrong with my XBox One X. Would rather treat myself to a Mini 2 this Christmas.

Ah, so super newbie here crashed the drone on the first flight... BUT you and others have helped me ramp quickly to get some early cinematic looking footage for my channel... thank you and I have Subscribed :)
