Still rocking my note 8 in 2020 still one of the best phones

Jimmy you always have the best video content and describe and show it in a way that anyone from a new user to someone that knows a lot about phones can still use and learn. now I just wish I had a note 8 to try all this stuff out!!!

Thanks so much. I feel way behind the times. But I was able to change a few if these on my Note 5. Thanks so much. It was a neck and neck race between the V30 and Note 8, but I think that the Note 8 is pulling away now, with the customizability of the Note 8. January 2918 can't get here soon enough.

Thank you for this video Jimmy is very helpful. But I'm running into an issue with my in call bluetooth volume. When the line is ringing it sounds really good in my Bluetooth but as soon as somebody answers their voice drops to almost -1. So just wondering if you ever run into this issue and if you know a quick fix for it? Thanks in advance

Great video cool aspect of the ear buds settings I actually took several of those hearing tests growing up and I hear better than I see because I was born with cataracts and had 18 eye operations from 6 months to 3 years old getting eyesight at 3. So I hear better than I see plus I am a big visual, (video games, cartoons, movies, etc), fan

Thanks, couple adjustments I hadn't realized about my phone ... couple I already knew (speed wise) and apparently the damn thing had gone back to the original settings, not sure why or how though.

I especially DID like the very last tip. Have to admit that I didn't think I would. Unfortunately, my hearing is slowly getting worse so this probably will help me when I try it.

My old note 3 had an option for increased screen sensitivity which was really handy because I wear gloves at work and made it easier to operate. I can'f find that option on the note 8.

Great video.. I jumped from a note3 to note8. The keyboard resizing is ok but I haven't been able to find the one handed typing option where you can move your keyboard to the left or right of the screen as you can do on the note3. This would be an awesome option. If you've found it, please share.. 👍👍👍

you have Oreo or nougat? on Oreo you can find it the keyboard it self, you will find an arrow on the top right of your keyboard press it and you will see other options to add, press and hold the one handed keyboard and putting in top press again the arrow to return to your keyboard. press it and you r done

Thank you for these great tips. However, The tip for high contrast font didn't come out too good. It created a sort of strobe effect that made it hard to read. I was also able to customize. change the size and color of the keyboard by downloading SwiftKey Keyboard app. Great app.

It's ridiculously impressive the amount of features Samsung has in their phones. I don't think any other manufacturer even comes close, especially Apple, who seems to lag far behind the pack.

troy 028 it was not the facial recognition though. It just took a pic and compared to the one used when set up. True facial recognition identifies key areas in documents them in real time

For the sound fine tuning you can use bluetooth headphones as well.

How do you get your note 8 to do spell check (auto replace)? Mine always goes away when a new phone is launched. Also how do you get your pencil go be recognised on your phone?

How to stop messenger conversation jump. When somebody text me then my response goes below it doesn't stay in chronological order. When they respond back it jumps above what I just said. How do you fix?

I was pressured by the AT&T saleman who sold me my phone. And, the dang thing came off less than a month after I put it on. I have dropped my phone a number of times and the other day from a high chair right on its face. Not a crack nor a scratch! I get why this phone/computer is so expensive but it's worth it.

You can have the screen time out be very short and once it's off, it's locked without hitting anything. There is a dictation for incoming calls I'll have to check it. It for sure works when you're bluetoothed to it

Hey great video! I love secure folder, just wished it did one thing!!! Run another stock messenger to hide texts from others! I know I can put another messaging app like whatsup in it, but I want to two stock messaging apps! I hope Samsung one day will let us have dual messaging stock apps! can this be done? :)

I know like Facebook, whatsup, etc! Im talking about 2 (stock) messengers, in other words, 2 stock messengers that came with my note 8,----one for hiding texts on secure folder and the other a list for non hiding text messages! they do not have that yet!! I know about dual messenger, it does not support stock messages, because there is no app for stock messenger!
