This is why I love Samsung phones. You can have your vanilla Android if you like, but these little features make the entire user experience so much better.

That's not correct. Vanilla Android means a pure Version of Andriod like on Googles phones for example. Other companies modify Android, Samsung is calling it Samsung Experience. There are a lot more features but of course it slows down the system a bit.

Samsung the best I can't stand Stock Android

iPhone user since the beginning of time, will never turn back. Love my note8 ..Can't believe I didn't do it sooner...iphones seem so boring now that I've played with this phone!

I have both the iPhone 8 and a Note 8 as a bussiness phone...Samsung is way more interesting...I dont know if I am gonna stick with iOS anymore...

Dude.. these are so useful and informative videos. I know I probably could've explored around through settings over a few days, but it saves me so much time!

Here's another hidden feature i didn't know about. If you point the camera over something you want to translate, you can translate it with the S pen through the camera using the S pen translation app. Pretty damn cool

I love that feature it's really cool but another cool one is safer School you need to retype out something on your phone that's in a textbook you can just take a picture and with your S Pen and you can copy and paste from the picture

Syncretic how do you use the ringer like on iPhone (with the notch) so it's muted but a full volume for a alarm clock

You won't believe this...I have not had a new phone in 5 years!!! Yup, just went from S4 to Note 8....couldn't do it without cha!!!! Thumbs up to my S4!

Galaxy S4 is a great little phone but that is a big jump from S4 to a note 8! The S4 was my first new phone and I still have it.

What are some opinions on sticking with stock launcher or going for nova/aftermarket launchers. It seems like some features are specific to the stock touch wiz.

Ok so i have a question... I have the note 8 and never have I had a problem sending a web page via messages. Now that I have the 8 if i click the 3 dots in the top right corner OR the 3 dots in the lower left corner and tap share and send thru text messages it always fails... Is there a setting I need to change?

On the navigation bar set up, the only settings I have is "hard press home button" "unlock with home button" "navigation type" "button order" and the button for recent is 3 vertical lines, not the sideways stacked double La. The settings for camera under shooting methods had floating shutter button but print is faint as in the option is not available for me to choose as well as the option for motion photos is not available either. So I lost my original phone and got a new replacement from Asurion...so wondering if it has anything to do with getting a refurbished phone?

I've been watching so many note 8 videos that some of these like the opening the camera with the power button weren't a surprise.

I've had a Samsung phone for ages and love it. I've had my Note 8 for at least 3 or 4 years. I so appreciate your videos on hidden Features. You show every step and explain as you go. On the last one on this video, I don't find a Floating Camera Button. I even searched and it didn't find one. And some of the options in Settings were different or in different order. Any suggestions?

I was trying to adjust the floating camera button and it's blocked off is there a reason why and how would I take this off to add the button?

Does the note 8 have a SOS button like the iphone does if u hit the home button 5 times ? I have a note 8 & can not seem to find one.

to be clear, what's new about the Bluetooth feature highlighted in the video is that you can stream music to multiple listening devices at the same time. Older Samsung phones already allowed for multiple (at least 3) Bluetooth device connections simultaneously
