Try to trap one player by blocking his passing angles and pushing him to the sideline. It's difficult to do but your only option.

What about my arms? My arms/ the top of my shoulder really aches and but I don't know how to recover them easier? Can you please give me some tips as I don't know what to do with my arms so they can recover easier

For my revovery I usually drink chocolate milk and eat bananas ( a lot of potassium). Also, if I’m really tired I ice my whole body. About ten minutes in the major muscle ( calves, chest, back). I also take a break after three days of hard work. What do you guys think? And what do you do ? Comment below:

Dylan, I bought the match winner method program a while back and then I used the program a few months ago, I found it very effective and I noticed I was improving fast and building muscle but then I had no more access to the program so then I sent you emails about that issue.I was told that it was because I used it from different ip addresses. I did use it from my computer and ipad. Please help cause I don't want 200 euro to go to waste

Tough it out. Is it just a contact bruise? Sore? Nothing broken? You can ice it to reduce swelling but movement will help and applying heat rub to it before playing will help loosen it up.
You should also focus on kids and make the videos easier for them. I bet if someone starts watching your videos at young age and takes it seriously he can become pro.

Hi Dylan, when I play I realize that I miss the footballer's rhythm. When I dribble opponents catch me because I'm not fast, if I have the ball I'm slow to play and the opponents recover me. I believe it is a problem of agility. But not only... What may be the videos of the channel that help me? Agility? Vision? Dribbling? Explosive? Stregth?

@@RedHeadSH0T basically when u have eaten the body needs blood to seperate the food from the stuff that ur body needs and the stuff it doesnt need. So ur heart beats faster. When u do a cold shower ur body needs more blood and faster circulation in order to keep your body temorature stable because blood is warm. and thats why cold shower helps because then more blood goes to ur feet and the small inside muscle injuries heal faster. So then ur heart will beat much faster and its dangerous

@@spyrosog6585 Well, faster heart rate after eating? No. It doesn't happen. Maybe in a few beats but not too much. The healthy range is between 60 to 100 bpm. According to your words it will be DEATH if i do cold baths after sprinting... There is something called Palpitations. It can happen because of stress, curtain supplements, diet, and more. It diet - low potassium, dehydration, alcohol, hypoglycemia, high sodium foods and of course food allergies can trigger this phenomenon. About digestion tho, fats digested very slow, protein very fast. The body wouldn't have any problem with those... About carbs, this may be your case (if there is one...). Carbs play an important role in fucking up your Insulin levels. This can MAYBE cause something to your circulation... But i don't think it would be deadly together with cold baths.
