Sleep paralysis is SCARY once you really encounter one. My mom normally tells me that I should sleep at 10 pm. But I always stay up later. At one night I did the same, but I heard my moms door open so I put down my phone and pretended to sleep. I heard her steps getting closer but I thought she was just going to the bathroom. In my paralyzed state I heard the door to my room open and steps getting closer and closer to me. Eventually they stopped and suddenly someone started whispering into my ear. I started screaming to get myself out of that paralyzed state but it kept whispering. After a few seconds I woke up, body covered in sweat and goosebumps. Might not sound too scary but it felt f-ing scary.

On my last year of uni I started working and it was so stressful and my sleep paralysis got bad. At some point I was scared to even go to sleep. I would tire myself out and sometimes drink some alcohol in order to knock myself out completely. It’s not scary in a paranormal way but your mind being awake while your body is sleeping yet being aware of it makes me panic like crazy, even though it’s a few seconds or minute’s it feels like ages

Rbw ghost doesn't just take hwasa' s form it also take moonbyul's form. Once at late night a director saw byul near that haunted bathroom and thought she was practicing late night then the same thing happened next day but this time she was sitting like she was hiding then be figured out it wasnt her and left. Onewe yonghoon had sleep paralysis multiple times and i think he saw a boy. They also named the ghost minji and joke that its kanghyun's boyfriend. Oneus has said they get goosebumps near that bathroom everytime. And xion says in one of the 2 vocal practice rooms he has heard and seen things to which woong agrees. And when filming to be or not to be, while fliming seoho, th3 director stopped the shooting because someone was caught on camera at the back but there was no one there. I think a few purple kiss members also talked about the encounters.

I grew up in a strange house and have an interest in the paranormal ever since. I thought I'd never have to deal with strange stuff after moving out, but on my first halloween living with friends for uni, I had a ghost encounter. I was reading something after sundown and saw someone standing in the hallway out of the corner of my eye. I thought it was my boyfriend but then I realised, that person was to small and thin. And wearing a cap. It looked like a boy in a green shirt. When I looked up, noone was there. I was like "Oh, my imagination is running wild." but then my roommate, whose room door was open and pointed at the hallway, came from his room and starred at me. I asked hin what was wrong and he pointed to the hallway and said "Did you see that? The child?" It was so scary. Next door there was a church and my roommate did sone digging the day after halloween. He found out that about 5 years before we moved there, around Halloween, there had been a service held there for a 12 year old boy who had died

Same same. I live in an old Dutch mansion in Indonesia and apparently this was a family heirloom so nothing really scary. The house itself is HUGEE and has multiple paintings in the house. The paintings are actually very pretty but I find one painting- a huge painting of a dutch (?) family that was framed on our staircase and by huge i rly mean it. Not sure if the painting is as old as the other paintings in our house or not but because the mansion I live in is big and old (plus there are rules that we're not allowed to do renovations in my housing area bcs it's filled w historical homes), we've been experiencing 'paranormal' stuff. I'm the only one who could play the piano and violin but we often hear someone else play it and no it's not the neighbors because we have a large yard and it would be hard to hear them play. Another time is when one of my maids was cooking very early in the morning she came across a crying voice. She thought it was my little sister but it wasn't (she's in 1 room as I was so I would know), she ended up going back to the kitchen to find out some of our bread went missing

Guys the SLEEP PARALYSIS that Lisa encountered is hella scary too. I experienced it myself weeks ago. I went to sleep around 1:20 PM bc I had some college work that had to be done. I fell asleep as soon as I closed my eyes. While I was sleeping I felt something buzzing in my ears under the pillow; I thought it was already 6 AM & it was my alarm that was buzzing (that buzzing sound was giving me a headache). When I tried to move my hand to get the phone my hands won't move and I couldn't speak anything. Then I saw a girl of my age laying beside me and she was looking and smiling at me ( it was hella scary and CREEPY ) and when I looked up to my pillow I saw a rabbit turning into cat and more animals. After that, I forced my body to move...suddenly I woke up after a few seconds and I moved my fingers and said "Aaah" "aah". GUESS WHAT ONLY 20 MINUTES HAD PASSED... IT WAS 1:40 PM. Damn this one was a hella scary experience.

I won't say i had sleep paralysis but I had a very creepy dream that I am on a very large object or something and whenever a doll like things starts moving scene changes that night I slept at 1.50 am and woke up at 2.18 am after getting out of the dream and ik I can never fall asleep in minutes.

Probably just brain tricks. Most of the stories mentioned are either idols sleeping\waking up or in their practice rooms. I've encountered multiple episodes of sleep paralysis or visual\sound hallucinations myself, so I know the feeling. These things feel real as hell. I totally understand how people would feel they encountered a real ghost. I am just lucky that I've encountered enough of them by this point and most of them were dumb (blanket on a chair, mechanical spider by the bed) that I knew for sure it ain't no ghost, but just my brain. However you would be shocked by how real these things are. Sometimes you can not only see or hear things, you can also feel smell, taste or even sharp pain - all connected to the vision. Human brain is one mean trickster... And talking about practice rooms - it's these places idols would most probably be in much stress\overworked. In these conditions, especially with lack of oxygen, brain can also hallucinate a lot. There's even messed up "choking game" usually performed by kids, when you block your airways to nearly pass out and in this condition experience hallucinations of all kind of sorts.

@@TacseraEpSekahs Not only that, but you’ve got to remember most idols are on strict diets and crazy schedules that don’t allow for much sleep. That suggests a much higher risk of things like hallucinations. Sleep deprivation, extreme physical exhaustion and a terribly low cal diet will do terrible things to the brain 😬

U didn't tell the creepiest ghost story in kpop when the ghost literally started choking Chen and he was shouting 'HELP ME' in his sleep fortunately Chanyeol shared dorms with him so he woke him up but even Chanyeol saw that ghost he also said that Chen was actually losing breath while the ghost was choking him 😱

I mean as I child I use to love paranormal stuff especially scary story's that people tell each others at night but as I got older my curiousness over them kinda disappeared...tbh I've always wondered company's of especially the big labels on what happens at night...I mean I literally find it really interesting that alot of idols have stated many paranormal things that actually sounds creepy...and the weird thing being that most of the time its either a small girl or a child that's getting seen... really interesting.

i have a doppelgänger story like hwasa but it was my niece who experienced it. the day we were taking a family vacation i was to stay at my sisters house because we were leaving early in the morning. when i got to her house i was greeted by my niece who tells me thank you so much for staying with me last night. i was very confused and creeped out, she was also about maybe 5 years old at the time so to not startle her i asked her what she meant because i didn’t really remember, also keep in mind i did not stay the night prior at all i was at my house. she said well i woke up in the middle of the night and you were sitting down on the couch next to my bed and you were watching me sleep all night you don’t remember that? i was so scared because she quite literally saw my doppelgänger and i was going to sleep in the same couch that night. a few months later my sister tells me that my niece saw my doppelgänger again the night before but she was screaming for my sister and her dad because she got scared. she said my niece told her that i was standing in the doorway and i looked scary with my hair around my face and i was holding something that to her looked like a broom. after that night they blessed the house because it felt like something evil was impersonating me to get to my niece.

ok at first I thought it was just a staff playing around bc when something hit the stuff behind them, like it look like a small object was thrown from where the camera was until stuff started moving and falling down n then that’s when I started to believe there was a ghost in there 😂

I'm a believer but I also know that sleep deprivation comes with visual hallucinations and we all know that trainees and idols don't sleep enough.

I just became a Christian and started going to church and it is very true ab getting hallucinations & paranoia, I always get it since i lack sleep n I do night shifts, so I usually pray when it happens, cause i get scared ab that stuff, everytime i lack sleep and get weak, I start to get paranoid & sometimes see things in my peripheral vision

I dont believe in ghosts/paranormal things, so i guess these doesnt matter, also i really hate those comments that say WHO IS BEHIND YOU in lives of idols, some idols may get scared & some doesnt like it at all..

Its the same of JYP and other Philippine school that have rumored that it used to be a cemetery.

I definitely believe that there are things that happen in this world that have no scientific, logical or rational explanation. I believe in the spirits of deceased human beings, I believe in demonic entities, satanic minions, and I also believe in ancient elemental entities that are often tied to the land. It's nice to know that even Idols get scared and have paranormal experiences just like the rest of us. I would have to say that the creepiest story in this video is the one with the girls from MAMAMOO seeing a Hwasa apparition.

Tbh a sleep paralysis isn’t paranormal and most of the story’s in the videos is probably sleep paralysis. Idk but i think u can’t say u seen a ghost cause u hade a sleep paralysis. I have hade it many times but I don’t think it’s a ghost lol. And it’s pretty normal if live together and share experience or story’s that u can have same paralysis or dreams sometimes I experience same things without really know it. And sleep paralysis can often relate to stress and think many idols are stressed

i've had my own experiences and have listened to many others experiences as well some of these are really chilling cause they could def have actually happened the ones where they try to look like another person you know is very realistic and terrifying

I'd recommend calling pest control and installing better security. Eating and sleeping better could probably also help

idk why but i think that most of the ghosts are trainees that died in the room where they were found (or they moved as ghosts) ps:sorry for my english,i’m still learning-

I noticed one thing..that majorly all the experiences idols shared were around the early days or months for their debut.. 💀😅

I used to not believe in sleep paralysis until i had one. It happened when i stayed in school dormitory (which is said to be the most haunted place in my school) and it was the first night. When i was in paralysis state i can feel that something pinning both of my knees on the bed. I could hear running tiny footsteps around my bed, it feels like children running cirling my bed and sometimes i could hear them giggling right next to my ear. When i woke up i just realized there was a bruise on the side of my knee. And yeah it still happened from time to time and i already get used to it.

Every time moonbyul or mamamoo tell the story I get chills even though I heard it many times

When my family and I moved into and took over my dad's parents house, at the time (2010) it was just under 230 years old, and was originally built as a doctor's office, had a hand dug basement by my dad as a child/teen.. Even as a kid it was a cool creepy house.. but I rarely spent nights. When we moved in my brother and I both heard odd things but just never said anything. But my after two specific incidents, we told each other everything we had seen or heard. I always worked 2 jobs at a time in my teens/early 20s, so at the time I was hoping truck shift at Michaels the town over and closing at Macy's in the city about 30 mins away.. so between shifts 3am-11am then close 4/5pm-930/10pm I would nap. I had just got into bed, around noon, and thought I heard my brother say my name, turned quick to the door and didn't see him in my room and rolled back over, but while rolling back I saw a man with red hair, by the time I rolled back to double check he was gone. The second was it was maybe 2 am and I was in bed, heard my brother and his gf get into bed In their room and I was facing the wall, I felt someone poke me in my back, but no one was in my room, I always figured maybe that one was my imagination.. After we spoke only one other thing really stood out that wasn't just noises, and it was I was getting ready for bed and had closed my door to get dressed and take allergy meds, I popped the pill out of the foil pack and my door opened.. but no one was there... So I waited a min.. like that would make the ghost shoo lol .. and I went to my brother's room to ask if it was him and he said no he had been playing PS, and my parents had gone to bed hours before, neither of us had kids at this point. When we moved in we tore down the horse hair plaster so we could insulate and put sheetrock up, and the walls were stuffed with all kinds of stuff, newspapers, harmonica, chicken bones, old notes including some from we believe the doctors office.. In the back yard we were digging once while dad was installing something and we found an old arrow head made of a rock.. could have been nothing, but I always thought it was an awesome find.

sleep paralysis happened to me . yesterday when i was working it was like 2 am at midnight . i decided to sleep when i went to bedroom . that time it was 2: 15 am and when i was sleeping i heard footsteps of someone from the staircase i was so scared and i was not able to move i tried my best to get of these all paralysis . i was trying to open my eyes but i suddenly saw a plain black . then something just hit me and i was finnaly able to see i decided to tell my parents but i realised that i live all alone.

I have experienced sleep paralysis too when i was on my bed i slightly fell asleep but the in front of my door i saw something black waving to me i was trying to scream but i couldn't talk and i heard whispering and the problem my sister wasnt near so when i woke up i screamed my sister's name

I think RBW is the worst one, not only the Hwasa's one, they have said that some people have seen a Moonbyul ghost too, between others appearings in the building hallways and recording studio. It's so common that if an artist have a paranormal experience near to a comeback they say that his comeback will go well. Maybe those ghost was one of the reason they moved to another building.

I watched this video without anything in mind and just for fun! ^^ But from the first few "ghost" stories I was chilled out, not because it's spooky but because all of them either I or a relative have encountered an eerily similar case! Within my religion all of these make perfect sense.. to know that even Kpop idols have had these happen to them is quite amusing :p

Usually I don't believe in ghosts, once I had to sleep at 11pm because of my studies and projects , I was sleeping then i felt something was in front of me usually I cover my face with blanket so I didn't fell anything I felt like drinking water and went to kitchen when I was coming back to my room I stopped on the stair my eyes went through a house that I could see out of the window this was freaking, that morning I asked my mom about the house she said there was a old man and a small kid who died 5 years ago.

You know whats cool, imagine being an idol and when youre hanging out with your members you have a ghost encounter, and than you go exploring with them and mame jokes along the way, like it would be so fun, there is nothing better than experiencing stuff with friends

You don't have to agree but I do believe in spirits and etc. And I do feel that I am a medium. I am also Hypersensitive. At times when i know GOOD and well that I'm not hallucinating, I remembered seeing a little boy dressed in like 1920 overalls and he was like a small boy, like atlest 5. Spirits can come through energy. Which is why they are most common in areas with electronics and people with strong and sensitive energy.

The ghost in SM's building is just Seulgi walking.

I have some ghosts in my house aswell especially in a room that is close to the door, I have seen a child there just the shadow tho, at first I thought it my brother when I shouted his name multiple times and didn’t hear any response I got up to see him and no one was there! The place where I could see the shadow no one was there!! Another one I met was a really old man he looked really humble and sweet and I haven’t seen him again after that. The most strange one is the ghost that is my living room, it’s a man in his 30s and keeps going back and forth in the space infront of the tv, I was really creeped out by him at first then I got used to him, after a while I saw him again he was staring at me and I couldn’t move, I never really paided attention to his face but up close it was terrifying I somehow woke up and he was gone but I could still hear footsteps going out of my room

The ghosts are the trainees who died in the practice room

I believe in Ghosts. I always saw one, when I went to school. It was an dirty old man, sitting in front of the old butchery in our town. No one ever looked at him or talked to him, while he just stared down on the street. Some day he was gone and I haven't seen him since. When I did my driving license, which was hold in the town hall, I saw a picture of the town founders from 1854 and the old dirty guy was on this. Another thing that happened to me was happening when i was 15 while I was in the bathtub, I was just sitting there reading stuff on my phone while seeing something move on the edge of my vision but ofc there was nothing, when I turned around. So I went back and felt watched somehow from multiple places of the room. from the window, the mirror and the door and started to shiver, while I was in the hot bathtub. I felt so uncomfortable that I ran out the room and never took a bath in it again. Even more disturbing is, that my brother told me something similar, while he was brushing his teeth in this bathroom. Ofc our parents didn't believe us and it got even worse. While our parents went to dinner with friends I was home alone. my brother was at a girlfriends house about 30 min away. I was in my room gaming, when someone knocked on my window first. I was super surprised by it and heard some mumbling and steps in the hallway. Then it knocked on my door and i was scared to death. the door popped open and my brother peaked in with a weird smile on his face, before laughing awkwardly and slowly disappearing. I was super pissed and went to the hallway, but there was no one. So I called him with videochat but he was at his girls house watching a movie with her. After I told him what happened his look alone told me, that this was not him and I ran out the house to my best friend. I refused to ever go back there and haven't visited my parents since then.

About WM one, I remember when Jiho and Arin were in live, things were moving around behind them on the shelf themselves and girls haven't even noticed it. Mamamoo one is •••••••••••••••••• I want to add something: I don't think many of you know it, but it happended to Ateez members San, Jongho and Mingi. San's story is diffrent (also known as "San's anthem story"), but when Mingi had anixety he used to wake up at night and he was seeing Jongho everywhere. That's creepy too. Sm's ghosts are really something because idols have shared massive tea, NCT 127 had to move because Taeil was sleepwalking in their previous dorm, like he was leaded by someone/something.

I had sleep paralysis many times and I'm even saw two types of ghost when I was a little girl....at first I thought I'm mistook but I'm checking many times and Yup they literally look at me🙂

I have a ghost In counter myself- it happened a lot when I was younger, it was no fun as it scared me a whole lot.. my sister said she would see the same things as me too. Ghost can sometimes be “ oh ha ha he he ho ho “ until you in counter one ur self

I stayed at my sister's home one night and she told me to wake up early bc she had a drs appt and I have to watch her baby. That night when I went to bed I heard the door open and I heard someone talking to me that sounded like my sister and she was reminding to wake up early and I replied OK. Then I felt the side of the bed dip like someone was sitting on the edge and laid down next to me so I scooted over thinking it was my sister. But then I realized that my sister's room was down the hall why would she sleep next to me?! Freaked me out that i couldn't go back to sleep and refused to move. I was too scared to turn my head. the bed did stay dipped. So later in the afternoon the next day I asked her if she came into the room she said no. I told her what happened and she was like what the hell did u bring into my house?! The 2nd time I went to my sister's house again I was standing by the front door and I saw a huge black like ball swoosh into the dining room. I thought it was my nephew or the dog but both were in the livingroom. Far from the dining area. I didn't tell my sister this time but topd my mom.

I guess ghost's just love visiting idols atp💀 I actually encountered one lol and i was scared asf,okay one night I was home with my 4 cousins and my sister we were watching a movie at the living room all the lights are turned off except the lamp we were actually watching a scary movie anyway,my other cousin told me to get her a water since she can't walk cause she fell down the stairs lol but she told me to get her a water and ofc I said sure when I'm in the kitchen I saw my sister standing in the kitchen (PS. She was in the living room w/my cousins) so I was confused and I asked her why is she here but she wouldn't answer me so I was v confused but I didn't actually care(her head is like down?) when I'm about to get a water from the refrigerator she called my name in a whispery tone and I said "why?" And I turned around to see her face all efing bloody and smiled at me creepily and I was efing scared and I know for sure that's not my sister because that ghost is pretty but also her face is bloody anyway,so I came running to the living room screaming and we turned on the lights they were asking why I was screaming and bro I couldn't speak my parents also woken up because I was so efing loud,I told them what I saw and yall let me tell ya they were laughing and said that I'm just being weird and when its time to sleep I was in my room still shaking I was scrolling on tiktok trying to forget what happened but when I turned to my side THAT ghost that looked like my sister was smiling at me again so btch I don't know what to do I stood up and I run to my parents room and told them everything and EVERYTIME I wake up in my own room I always feel beaten up I couldn't even stand up.But we move already and if I keep seeing that efing ghost, btch imma slap her(this happened in I think around 2021?)💀

At 2:42 the only story that I actually believe... I mean her sleeping experience... something very creepy when the mind is awake but the body isnt... many peoples mind is starting to play tricks on them when in this state between sleeping and being awake... some horrific things may go on if you cant controll your mind... I believe at least her story and boy I never wish anyone to experience this stuff.

So ive got a few ghoststorries too that i experienced. One Night i was chatting with my friend. It was already very Late and i shouldnt be on my phone anymore. My parents were upstairs already sleeping. Suddenly i heard some loud noises from the Kitchen(the kitchen is beside my room). It soundet like someone was throwing something like a Pan on the ground. I was so scared that i called my two best Friends. After like 5 minutes i slowly walked To the kitchen. As i opened the door the light was out and nobody was there. After i entered my room my friends told me that a womans voice Said Annyeonghaseyo ( hello in korean) I was pretty confused because i didnt hear it. After that i tried To sleep. On the next day in the morning my dad asked me why Its so sticky infront of the kitchen. Infront of the kitchen was a yellow/red liguid. And on that day i also heard the womans voice. After like a week i was just doing my homework in the Playroom of my Sister. My mum was upstairs With my sister and my dad wasnt Home. I heard a womans sneeze in the corridor infront of my room. I firstly thought it was my mum but i remembered that She was upstairs and it didnt sound like my mum. So i thought that mum invited someone over. I vent over there To look in there was someone but Nobody was there. Then i heard a Woman laught. It soundet like she was laughting about me and it soundet scary as hell. I just runned back to my room. At the some Time my mum came downstairs aswell. After like again a week i was upstairs in the room of my parents to get some cloths for my mum. Over the room of my parents is a small attic. But since we lived in that House we didnt enter the attic. I was in Front of the closet as i suddenly heared a loud bang from above me. Like someone was banging with their hands agaist Wood. The Stories i experied maybe didnt Sound that scary but they were for me 🥲. I am sorry for my bad english and thank you for reading till the end

I actually believe in ghost because there are time where I get visions from different ghosts. Last night I saw a ghost in the side of my eye, but tried to ignore it when finally I turned to sleep on my back and looked to the front wall… then I saw a devil. That scared me really because I thought it may come in my body, so I went to my parents and told them. But they said that I must have fallen asleep and dreamed off it. But in fact I had just put down my book and was getting ready to sleep. I’m pretty sure by now that I might be a medium or whatever you call it…

Once i was sleeping, i was not in a paralyses but i was staring at the door which had a cute cat drawn lightly with a pencil, i had no idea where it come there because we never have pencils in that house and suddenly i saw a girl with a pencil but i was all alone there now im never staying there

l got stuck in the lift of our building.. Me and my friend were casually going at home after visiting the garden. The moment we went in the lift it made like a strange ringing sound, we ignored it but later the lights flickered and we were stuck there for like 2 minutes or so... We thought it might be a power outage of the building. casually ignoring what happened we went to my house and asked my mom of a power outage of the building but she told there was not any.... I was terrified ! the same night while l was passing through passage of my house to go to my mothers room to ask her about the dinner when l saw a strange shadow in the room besides my moms room. I ignored it but it continued for a year or so... the shadow looked like a woman with white ripped dress and her hair all around the face . Luckily now l don't face this issue but ever since that day l have a phobia of dark and of elevators too

im shocked that taemin piano incident wasnt included here like its the most terrifying story i heard in idol horror experience
