In this 7 Minute Workout for Weight Loss, you'll be doing a combination of Walking exercises for weight loss that will help you burn calories, increase your fitness and tone up.

And as your Qualified Trainer Lucy Wyndham Read you are in safe hands. I wanted to make this 7 Minute Workout fun and let's see how many steps you can do in this quick Walk at Home Workout.
All the moves are standing and low impact so this makes it suitable for anyone and great say if you are a beginner or just want to do a workout that is fun but still gets great results.
By doing this workout at home, you'll be able to squeeze in a session even on short notice!
So no excuse we can all find 7 minutes in our day to take control of our health and wellbeing.

Anytime I'm feeling uninterested in working out I come to this workout, and by the end I find myself craving more so I'll end up doing another 7 minute video of yours that I originally intended to do!     I've been bouncing back and forth between 42 to 44 waist size in my jeans for the last 10 years or so. I've limited my pop consumption to 1 or 2 on the weekends. The company I work for allows 30 minutes paid for health and fitness during our shift. I started walking for those 30 minutes about 2 months ago. My pants started getting baggy on me. Last Friday I bought a size 38!! I haven't been able to wear anything sized in the 30's since I was in my 30's. (I'm 52 now). And I probably could have fit into 36's, but I ordered my jeans online so I wasn't going to push it. One day at a time.

    I just found this video. Thank God. This is something I can do! I have a bad back, so bad that it hurts even when I sleep. In the morning before I get up, I do some stretches and light exercise lying on my back. I got into this habit about a year ago on the advice of a friend and now I can't do without it. It helped me to get rid of pinched nerves in my back which would occasionally immobilize me. BUT THIS ROUTINE is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Walking at home while the weather is bad so I can stick to something and not get disrupted by insane Canadian winters. I am looking forward to trying this. I'd love to lose 3 kg at least and sculpt my waist and love handles just a little. Having trouble getting into some old dresses and I hate clothes shopping, so I'll consider this an investment both in health and wardrobe. LOL

    Morning Lucy x Just did this fabulous workout, thank you as definitely felt the burn. I just wanted to say thank you again and again for everything you do for us. Xx I was told 4months ago that I have damaged lymphatic system and I send you message via instragram and you left me wonderful voice messages and sent my links for various workout. I just wanted to say doing these walking, toning and sculpt workouts have really made such a difference to my swelling. 😊💋 At times I do find it hard with bandages and compression as I am restricted but Lucy 👏 🙌 your the only medication I need.. My limb sizes are reduced and so has the swelling. I am sending you big virtual hugs and cuddles as your simply fabulous.. I have lost inches on my theighs, calfs and waste ❤but I know being consist is the key!! Thank you again x💋 Have a fabulous week ahead. Much love to you Kam 🤗

    I love your videos. I like the arrow that shows the time and preview of each move and the time left of the whole exercise. I love the moves and how you explain things. Perfect. I have been doing these for a few months I guess. I have noticed one problem since I started to follow my heartrate. I feel like I can do these easier than before, but for some reason my heartrate rises too high and it's difficult to stay in that targeted area. If my heartrate is too up I slow down for a few seconds and then the rate falls too low. So my heart rate basically goes up and down. How to keep my rate where it should?

    Good morning Lucy, I really enjoyed this low impact work out as my legs were feeling sore after doing some strength training (with dumbbells) on Sunday. But I managed to do this workout and enjoyed it. Unfortunately my step counter is broken so don't know the steps, but definitely feeling warm and better for doing this. Helps wake the body from its sluggishness 😂. Plus I love the shorter workouts which I fit in whilst in my pj's !. Thank you so much for all that you do ❤❤❤
