As a young entrepreneur who just onboarded a massive work load. I find myself behind trying to build a team to handle this contract. This content is so unbelievably valuable it makes my brain hurt because it takes hours of normal content and condensed it into 20 minutes literally every single sentence is a win or golden concept. Leila can you do a video on soft skills? i want to seriously develop my personality that attracts customers and employees into buying my idea and being approachable and not having to be intimidating to get work done. Like I am a college student and i was a leader in a project (I am learning responsibilities in a team😅. i preparing myself before i get into the mud) i was a little strict and kept reminding people about the presentation and stuff. But i was seen as an annoyance, even though i kept calm and cool and kept saying"take at your pace," but reminders were given once a day by me. Inspite of this, they werent interested and ultimately it took at the death note of my sir and we gave the worst presentation compared to other groups. I dont know where i went wrong. I remember doing the powerpoint presentation, reminding them and still they werent interested. yea its the college time and everyone wants to chill, but i was investedas i saw this as what i will be doing in my job and later in life. So my question is Am I at fault for not influencing them well, or it is what it is and people are just not interested? But all the other groups did the project on a single day and had amazing coordination and interest. SO ULTIMATELY, IS MY TEAMMATES'S ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE PRESENTATION? Pls help me develop my skills properly to lead a team and motivate people to get stuff done.
