Seven years ago, Robin convinced me to take a leap and register PUL as an official business. I was just starting out on KZread, with maybe a few dozen subscribers, and had no idea where this journey would lead. Now, it's been seven amazing years, and PUL has grown to include not just me but also Robin, our fantastic team, and a community of over 4 million people passionate about plant-based eating. Seeing your messages, photos, and videos sharing our recipes you've tried out is beyond inspiring. Thanks for welcoming us into your kitchens and homes and helping turn this dream into reality. Grateful for these seven wonderful years together 🥳💛

Congratulations! I have been following you since 2020. The first video I watched was the overnight oats recipes. I have been hooked since then. And yesterday I made your risotto. It came out amazing. Thank you so much for sharing your recipes! Love from India.

I encourage recent subscribers if they haven't already to go back and watch some of Sadia's first year videos to see how far she has come. As her team and production value has grown, so has her confidence and natural charisma. Now every new PUL video is like hanging out with an old friend.

Bosnian here! We have spinach-cheese version but the potato version is the original vegan flavor. We also have cabbage, pumpkin etc

I love the app. My husband is very grateful that I am cooking more. He is a flexitarian and so far he loves the recipes I make from the app!

Happy birthday!! So nice to see spanakopita here as we call it in Greece!! My grandma's tip is to add a bit of rice or couscous or something like that to your filling ( just a handful, depending on how much you're making, no extra water and no need to fully cook it, it will cook in the oven), to absorb the extra moisture - so instead of the chickpea slurry I'm guessing - though this and tofu add protein to the mix, such a good idea. She always adds leaks and onion to the filling, it gives it sweetness. And of course you can do this with other herbs/veggies too.🤤🤤

Being a person of Balkan origin we normally only use filo sheets if we’re making baklava, for things like pita or Burek we create the dough from scratch, and therefore can avoid the problem of the filo breaking.
