@Yuki si por qué aunque no salgas hay otros objetos como el celular que aunque no lo creas tienen como rayos parecidos a los rayos solares, debes aplicarlos en todo el cuerpo por qué si no se verá raro que en algunas partes tengas tu color natural y otras blancas, si no usas shorts o mangas cortas podría decirte solo en las partes expuestas pero es recomendable en todo el cuerpo

太陽光には１日最低でも10分は当たった方が良いそうです。手のひらを上に向けて腕の内側などだけでも当ててあげると、焼けにくく赤み等も戻りやすいのでオススメです。 太陽光に当たらない生活を徹底してしまうと、ビタミンＤ3が生成されず、骨粗鬆症や骨折しやすくなったり、背が縮んだり、花粉症になったり症状が酷くなったり、鬱病になりやすくなるそうです。 実は私も今まで日焼け対策を徹底していたのですが、医師から「骨密度が低い」と指摘されてからは『少しは太陽光に当たらねば』と思い直し、最近ベランダでの日光浴を始めてみました。 私の肌質的に黒くは残らないけど、皮膚がすぐ赤くなり少しヤケドしたみたいになるタイプなので、本当に少しずつしか出来ていませんが、腕の内側や手のひらで試しています。白く真っ青で病弱よりも、健康的な方法で美白を保てるようにしたいなって、私的には思います。

TBH, this is not a tutorial to make your skin white but it's a tutorial to make your skin back to the original color. If your skin is darker than the part where it gets covered by clothes, it means your skin is damaged by sun exposure. All you need is putting on sunscreen whenever you are indoor or outdoor and covering your head with hat/umbrella when you go outside. Also, as a person who believes in spiritual things, it's not good to keep your curtains close in the morning or day because it can attract negative spirits in your room if you do this for a long period of time. They can make you felt uncomfortable in your room. Keep your curtains close and always stay in the shade doesn't really help because you still can get sun exposure by reflecting light and UV rays can get through anything so the key here is using sunscreen.
