Update: For the someone who wants 3:36 Smart bubble elevator can have more delay before switch. Just add more Comparator set in front of 4:05 comparators, add more set can create more delay time. It will help the tall elevator will not change direction in middle of transport ========================== Hello I very like your Smart bubble elevator design But can you give advice to make it have more delay? Hi, what is the purpose of the Observer in the Smart Bubble Elevator? The piston is powered by Redstone directly to the left of the Observer and shuts off with the timer. I removed the observer and the mechanism still seems to behave the same way?

1x1 piston elevator. If you don’t like slime and obsidian in your elevator, To get rid of that, Just cover the elevator with a block you like ( put the block in 1 room left of the elevator )

On the third one, the elevator, all steps are being repeated, however some of the blocks will rise and then fall back down. I’m not redstone savvy and would like some indication as to what I could be doing wrong

You guys are either on bedrock or on an update that the flying machines are broken. i don't know how to fix that one but i know how to make a different one that works on bedrock/ newer updates. its just a regular verticle flying machine but each side has 3 observers and 4 slimeblocks extending and facing the regular way. then you need to activate the bottom observer to go up and the top observer to go down.
