Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

From October 2019 to December 2020 I managed to grow and retain a significant amount of length to my 4c hair. I’d like to share 7 easy ways you can grow your hair too.
Hair growth isn’t rocket science. If you are healthy and maintain healthy hair habits, with consistency, your hair could be growing inches in no time. I oil and massage my scalp daily already but I love that you mentioned health first!!!! I used to stress and not take care of myself before 2018. I went natural about 8 years ago( had hella set backs😳😔🙄). Took me last year during quarantine to listen to my hair and realize I have a scalp condition. Like hella flakes, but not dandruff ( so I was told) medium sized scabs almost. Certain products made me flair up, too much product build up made my low porosity behind itch!too little product was a problem too🙄. My point in all this is to say thank you! I know I am new, but you have help me soooo much u have no idea.🥰

Once I finally got the bad strands out of my head through a couple years of hard and soft trims, I was able to wear a wash and go longer. and my hair is thriving I didn't realize how much the health of my strands were affecting my styles. (I had more "mid-splits" than I knew) I used to HAVE to do twist outs, because wash and gos would end up knotted after just a day or two. Now I can go with it for longer (with EVERY day including some addition of moisture in the form of water or aloe vera juice from a spray bottle, or just a quick rinse in the shower to remove some shed hairs). I'm loving this life. I'm on my way to length!!!!

Great suggestions. I have always enjoyed your videos and this one is no exception. However, a word of caution to all my natural sisters regarding the wash and go. Underneath all that beautiful hair is a box that contains very delicate structures like our brain and blood vessels that can tear and bleed. If we all shake our heads like that some of us are going to end up on the operating table with a brain bleed and having a scar where hair should be growing from. I think there must be another way to achieve that look while still taking care of our brains. Much love.

Are you really trying to help people and educate people or misleading people into believing that you know something about growing long hair “fast” that all these other women on KZread with a lot longer hair than you don’t know. Also, why are you (and many others on KZread) making the natural hair journey all about length. Being natural or going natural is about being chemical free.
