It's my pleasure! People get frustrated with the grafting fails and sometimes they are so easy to correct.
Thank you.
JSacadura , thank you so much for your videos, they have helped me so much with my fig tree hobby! One suggestion about a new video, I would really appreciate if you make a video about the progression of the grafts showing how it heals and develops . I have seen mostly all your videos and seen a little bit of the progress of your grafts. Im really curious to see how the cleft graft or modified cleft graft looks after 1 year or 2 or 3 ? Once again Thank You for what you do!

Hi, Elvis. With each new video on grafting I really try to show the evolution of grafts covered in previous videos. Precisely to give viewers an opportunity to see how the tissues heal. in fig trees, I have modified cleft grafts with 3 years where the graft union is almost impossible to see. They heal that good. Same diameter cleft graft also heal quite well (not so nicely). I really don't like to use cleft graft in rootstocks of higher diameter, compared to the scions, because the healing is not has good and I truly avoid the double cleft graft (the one that leaves a space in the middle of the rootstock, between the 2 scions). It creates a dead zone that is quite difficult to heal and can cause problems in the future. I will include a few older modified clefts in future videos.
Thanks for your science👍🙏🙏🙏❤️
Great video, thank you. :-)

Sehr gute Arbeit, mein Bruder, danke, dass du meinen Freund geteilt hast 👍👍👍

Thanks for good information
Last year, I did graft a plum variety on a root stock. Failed miserably 😢😂 T Your video will help. Thank you
Do you have a video on how to make citrus grafts, and what is the best graft for them?
I learned a lot from you. Many of my grafts have a lot of “sweat” from the scions itself for some reason and water precipitation runs down the rootstock causing rots and failure. Please share how to combat this problem. Thanks so much. Btw, I use parafilm and plastic bags over the entire scions to protect from drying but it could be too overheated???
Thank you so much for sharing your techniques. I have been having mixed sucess grafting avocados here in Thailand.

You are very welcome. Good luck with your grafts and thanks for the comment.
Is it possible to take a branch off a 2 year old peach tree and graft it to the trunk of that same tree. I’m wanting there to be lower branches on the tree. Right now the lowest branch is like 5ft off the ground. Also what’s the best time of the year to do it? In about 3-4 weeks we will start to see freezing temps and in 2 month we will get snow that won’t leave for 4 months
Excellent Video Thanks
