When it came to the green chakra i started to cry but remained laying still and eyes closed. Flashes of what hurt me most and betrayed by the one person who was supposed to be my person of guidance. Almost had an OBE listening to this. I opened my mind to a spiritual journey yesyerday and came very close to an OBE. Your channel was on their page too. Listening to this was a great feeling❤ thank you.

Ended this meditation at 1:23 am. ♡ I was thanking my angels for being able to see the numbers and this is one I've been seeing as well as 143 and 144.

My solar plexus definitely needed some cleansing. I was harbouring a lot of hurt and pain in connection with "words" used by others towards me.
