This was beautiful, I get pain in my lower back lying down in some positions… I fell asleep on my back 😮 then woke and the meditation was still running. I carried on and then slept like a baby. I am going to do it again tonight. I felt heat and tingling in the chakra region during this meditation which was so comforting and healing. Thank you Rasa 🥰🦋❌🙌

had such a crazy experience listening to this. i had it on loop and i fell asleep to it. when asleep, i had a dream that i was listening to it. it felt so real that i thought i hadn't fallen asleep at all, until i woke up. i feel like i seriously needed these messages to enter my subconscious and that's why that happened. every symptom listed in the beginning is something i have, and have been dealing with for a long time. needless to say i will continue to come back to this.
