As a Swede, I can inform you that this video is total BS. Almost nothing is correct, at least when it comes to the illustrations, many of which come from Norway, Germany, Italy, etc. In fact, less than 20% of the images depict what is mentioned. And the narration is absolutely insane: "...and not too far away Kalmar Castle stands mighty". Of course, if you think that the distance of 413 kilometers between Stockholm and Kalmar is "not too far", then... sure.
