Tip for future builds, bolts can be cut to size just run a nut up past where you want to make your cut on the bolt use a cut off saw or hacksaw then as the nut is removed it will fix any threads damaged from the cut.

Did you try to see if you could flip the wheels? You'd have to remove the valve stem, weld up the hole, and relocate it on the other side of the rim, but it would give you an even wider stance, and it might clear the calipers and spindle. Just a thought.

Calipers are on the wrong sides... bleeder screws go to the top always. And if you need extra clearance for the master cylinder you could run it turned 90 degrees via a bell crank

If you move the calipers to the rear of the wheel it will protect it from damage. At the vary least switch the right to left that will put the bleaders at the top.

Yo RED BEARD great job on the suspension on the 670 had similar issues with my custom build still tweaking all the kinks . But I need that 780s clutch just so I can feel the full power of this 670 . Took this thing I and I 5 girls all fit on this crazy creation of mine and with the 40 series down here on these bumpy Texas bayous it actually performed great heck we made it back with just a couple broken welds. I'll take that any day. Let us know when the new clutch will be available in would like to bolt it on . Be blessed Jah Rastafari

Pretty sure if you bump up to a 10 in rim you don't have to run a spacer in the front. These things tend to be wide enough in the front anyways. I run 11 inch rims on my buggy but I'm lucky mine takes 4/110 bolt pattern front and rear. (most buggys seem to have different front and rear.) Common honda atv rim pattern so I got a set of factory take offs for free. On mine I run 4+3 offset in the front and 2+5 in the rear. Got a set of 2 inch spacers for the rear to to make it match the front.

Take the wheel off the rim and switch it around. Put the wheel on the rim backwards so the well of the wheel is on the outside. Then you won't have a problem with fitment and it makes it have a wider stance.

Put grease fittings in the heads of the bolts and then put a crash cap over them and you should be fine. Yes, I know that takes a little strength out of the bolts, but not enough to worry about. Otherwise, just get grade 8 or aircraft to make up for any imagined strength losses. I hope you are shielding those brake lines since you will likely crash into stuff being as they are on the leading edge and not the trailing edge. Too bad there is not a formed piece of steel tubing at the end to allow you to keep the hose hidden inside the lower a-frames.

You should put the calipers on the back of the disc. Two reasons, the bleeder screw would be at the top so you could actually bleed the brakes and the brake line won’t be out in front to catch on crap. Also can you turn the wheel around instead of using spacers.

Hi Greg My strong advice on a lathe is check out Keith Rucker - VintageMachinery.orgkzread.info you would be better to go for a good "Real" second hand Lathe than buy a new cheapie Keith has a decent workshop and he has an obsession of lathes , milling machines Shapers and so on they Just keep following him home he does a lot of machine work in his shop and I have learnt so much from him and check out his VintageMachinery.org under classified ads you might find one their ** Even Try PM him he might know of a good one that is available ** I bet it you put out a word on his channel and your own some one has or knows of some one with a good lathe to either donate to the cause OR could sell it to you for a decent price you could go with Aliexpress for a cheapie but some advice here they are small and only do small jobs if you want to make up a wheel spacer you will need at least a 7 inch lathe and esp if you are doing Custom work on Cars a Small table top lathe wont have the power to do real work as the motors Just dont have the Power to do so or the table length or chuck size you need here is a couple of links that also might help Just remember the Mini Lathes are usually only for light work for what you pay for one of those 500ish $ lathes you would be 1/2 way to a "Real " good second hand lathe .... www.aliexpress.com/wholesale?catId=0&initiative_id=SB_20180101133526&SearchText=Metal+lathe+ www.alibaba.com/myproducts/recommend?spm=a2700.8293689.scGlobalHomeHeader.357.NHALC0&cateId=100007189&productIds=60040169937 Tony from Western Australia

Did you like the yurf dog 670 go kart side by side as much as the manco deuce 670 side by side both builds are badass you should build another yurf dog 670 and a manco deuce 670 for side by side rides

I hope you put the caliper on the opposite sides its installed upside down will have a hard time bleeding it like that lol and just cut the dang bolts and grind the ends instead of stacking a ton of washers
