Great video. Wonderful to see what would be available at my price range. Perfect home for me. Just a caveat on the architecture of the top floor is the need to go through a bedroom to get to the next one.

It's a good looking house, lovely setting, but, but, but, the iron spiral staircasr is a big no no, very dsngerous for young and old.

beautiful house from the outside, but the layout of the second floor is strange, some walk-through rooms, steps to the bathrooms...

If I had a choice to live anywhere in the world it would have to be Italy. And since I'm a third Italian, I think my ancesters are calling me. 😂😅😂 This was a most perfect showing Federico. Love this house and the surrounding countryside.

the many arches are tiring. I liked the comfort of the bathroom.

Lovely, but that staircase would need to go. And I'd open up that kitchen dining area into one big space.

What kind of stone is used to build a house?

It appears very nice, BUT couldn't watch. The volume of back ground music is insane. For some reason this is increasingly common. Makes it virtually impossible to hear what is being said. Presumably the solution is to turn off sound & read transcript.

The roof has been redone recently with typical aged terracotta tiles

These Italian country houses are all dark inside - small windows and to few - all the photos are taken with electric light on - it‘s a deal braker

for me this market is over. We all bought a second vacation home in Spain. Budget for something spacious and well located under 200000 euros. The thing is once you have bought this you will never get your money back let stand make a profit on it. If so then explain me how?

Thank you for the video. Very nice house in a beautiful area. However, the two things that would stop me personally from purchasing this house are the spiral staircase and the fact to reach the third bedroom you have to enter the second. 😎🍷🚍⚓️🇬🇧
