A lovely house - lots of nice features, and it's easy to imagine yourself running around there in summer with bare feet on those cool tiled floors ! A typical Italian 'look' and the surroundings are wonderful. Even more lovely once those trees have leaves ! Thank you - wishing you a successul sale to a nice new owner !

@crazypole - To put it simply, this unprofitable bnb, located in the middle of nowhere, is agonizing on the market for years and desperately looks for a naive buyer (hence the frequent republications of the advert to make people think it's something new), but it's still indecently overpriced. As for telling you 'a story about the building', this very common stable/farmhouse is just a very common stable/farmhouse, and no aristocratic people ever lived there. Good luck with that!

i think the patron saint of the little town is santa margarita de cortona. i remember reading about her. there is a small town in central coast of california named santa margarita de cortona.

Please always add an orientation, property view including land area and dialogue about history road access etc.

What a bargain! Shame its a bit too far from our primary home as well as our summer house, otherwise I would go and check it out.

Hi Keith 👋 It is the fireplace for the kitchen and dining area. Originally the ground floor was a stable, the living area was on the upper floor and the main entrance was from the loggia outside.

the house is lovely - great floors and under-the-roof ceiling. the bathtub-sized 'swimming pool' though is calling for dynamite.
