Biotin won't help with receding. See a dermatologist for finasteride.

Hello sir Is there any change in skin texture/colour by taking biotin?
I’m 16 and thinking about starting to take biotin. Are there any Health risks and any age restrictions? I mean if I can take it as a 16 year old. The reason I wanna take it is cause I’m starting to lose hair and thinning and a steadier facial hair growth would also be a nice addition. How long are you supposed to take it for and does your hair go back to old bad growth when u stop taking it?

@@Satthwa I have struggled with iron deficiency ever since I was 13 (back in 2020) and was diagnosed in august for the second time. I have eaten a whole bunch of healthy food ever since 2020 cuz I started going to the gym and I am a gym goer so I try to balance my diet. I was exposed to the sun all summer long cuz I worked outside but I can’t remember when my hairline started to go back. It’s like a U shape it’s a little worse on the right side. I would guess it goes in 3 centimeters on the sides and a little more in the front center. I have also noticed thinner hair and sometimes when I brush I can see the scalp. I have never mistreated my hair but I believe it to be genetic. I’m starting to grow a beard and have a very hairy body and all my male relatives are hairy af on their bodies but I think most my male relatives just have bad hair genes.
