  • @jusderose

If you like to reapply fragrances throughout the day I suggest you get these little portable fragrance atomises that you can fill with you own perfume like Travalo. You can many others on Amazon. That’s what I use or I have samples of my favorite perfumes that I just pop into my handbag 😊

Thank you for this informative video and tips. I know some of this but I learned a lot of new things, also I learned the right terms like volatility and fixative. It's interesting to learn this. Longevity depends also on the fragrance I think. I have bulgari aqva amara it's a edt but it's last very long, I can smell it the next day and has a good pojection. Bleu de Chanel parfum concentration last also very long but I have the feeling it doesn't have a good projection. Could you do also a video about different batches from the same perfume and reformulation. Sometimes I read at forms that a perfume is reformulated, but isn't true. And does a perfume smell stronger if it's older? There are videos about it but I like to learn it from someone who studied about this and have proper knowledge of it. Thank you very much.

  • @jusderose

Thank you for your comment! It’s true I’ve noticed that some EDPs smell weaker and have less longevity than EDTs. I’ve noticed this on designer fragrances especially. I’ll definitely look into the topics you mentioned. Thanks again for watching, really appreciate it. Have a nice Friday!

How do you layer a scent, for example, Giorgio Armani Pour Homme is my favorite EDT but it does not last long. Are you saying applying body lotion (which one do your recommend for men?) or Molecule perfume first and the the Armani after will make it last longer, or should the Armani be applied first and then the body lotion or the Molecule perfume? Please clarify or make a video on how to do it. Thank you.

Awesome tips Jus! Maybe for next fall/winter, I might mix PDM Herod with PDM Oajan which is an awesome gourmand. Do you think it would work if I were to mix Herod and Oajan on a decant and mixed it up rather than layering?

  • @jusderose

Sorry, concentration does NOT matter. I have plenty of Eau De Toilettes that last much longer than several of my Eau De Parfum’s and Extrait De Parfums and I’m sure that if you thought about it for a minute, you probably do, too. For instance, Amarige is an Eau De Toilette and it lasts longer and is much stronger than almost every other fragrance I have. Ingredients are much more important than concentration.

I got lucky , I've never had a fragrance / even body sprays that don't last until the next day on me. My mam is the same way , thank you genetics 😂 It can be annoying though, strong scents can last 3 days past multiple showers if I don't scrub myself red raw 😵 Interesting to learn about what it's like for others 🙏 some great tips! Thank you 😊 my lip colour is Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Lips in “Too bad I’m bad.” It’s a matte liquid lip, great quality. I get your frustration. That’s why I think either layering with Molecule 01 or Molecule 02 from Escentric Molecules is great because it will help make it more long lasting. Have a lovely Sunday 😊

Jus de Rose I do have a sample of Molecule 01, will layer the L’Eau De Neroli with that till the former lasts. Thank you!

Pink sugar??? Long lasting??? I think not. That fragrance lasts 10 minutes and that’s being generous.
