I plan to buy a home in Stamford. What’s the best area to live with kids that has good public schools?
Well, of course the downtown area is noisy and high traffic. Aren't most downtown areas that way as opposed to the suburbs that are normally quiet? Not a real fact that needed stating because its obvious.
