I miss exercise I have bulging discs on lower back causing sciatica pain I pray this gets better sooner than later. 🙏 keeps me from sleeping

Try turning 80. 8-9 hours of sleep..lots of coffee with cream, more protein, patience
Meditation is not done seasonal but like physical exercise- you do it everyday . It will make a big difference when done daily and not only when u need it. Just like physical exercise you won’t loose a pound if you do it only once or twice a year . Personaly I meditate daily through quiet prayers- read scriptures and that’s when I get reassurance that I will be ok. Nice video you have there miss JJ
Thanks JJ for another inspiring video. I’m 57 and I’ve been incorporating these things as well … except for the meditation and HIIT training and I know I need these also … ugh!

I love hearing you talk about meditation here! I've done it on and off since I was around 18 years old...but it's certainly been put on the back burner in recent years. I've been thinking I need get back into it AND recently my partner expressed that he thought I'd benefit from doing meditation. Hearing you say this is another reminder for what I know I need to do.

I'm from Detroit Michigan but Tampa is fun I lived in St Petersburg briefly in fall 2012 ....I even helped install the baseball diamond at Tropicana field for y'all's 2013 season...I was on that crazy sunshine skyway bridge there before it's scary lol

I highly recommend. I am 58 and have been doing it for a year. Switched to bio identical about 6 mo ago. Game changer.
I struggle with my weight but one thing, I get plenty of sleep 6-10 hours per night.
i'll be 50 soon and i'm so scared! i don't want to get older.

Hi I'm 135lb about the same weight most of my life but now I'm 63 and I'm starting to show my age on my face due to a heart monitor and stress so how much protein should I eat a day I am five foot two medium build not petite in my upper body

Does anyone know what JJ said about sleep and what she takes for it? Sleep Candy, Magnesium and "fossil kettle searing" (???) for time zone adjustment. What is the correct terminology for what she takes for adjustment please? Thanks

The last one is Phosphatidylserine. It is a supplement that is easy to find. My dr. recommended it and I take it daily. It lowers your cortisol so you can calm down at night and sleep. Cortisol is supposed to be higher during the day and decrease naturally at night, but sometimes we need a little help. I also take magnesium l-threonate and magnesium glycinate..
