Husband and I love Thailand because of it’s food, massage and friendly people. This pandemic cooking and eating Thai food feels like were in Thailand. My husband said my cooking is awesome and I said “Thanks to Marion”.
I really admire your work and you're definitely on my short list of top cooks. Each of these recipes work very well, and almost anyone can tailor them to their liking. Best wishes on your continued success!

I make beef salad sometimes but my husband never eats it. So, we watched your video on how to make spicy beef salad, I followed your recipe (very similar to mine) and made it. It turned out pretty good my husband tasted it and he loves it. Thank you Marion
I really enjoy your channel, my heritage is Thai but I was raised in the US since '75, my Thai mother stayed to her traditional recipes and also had to serve american dish due to my step-father not eating Thai food, so we kind of got a taste of both worlds at the same time. I am halfway through my life, both parents have passed, and to find this channel has ended my search in learning the traditional methods for Thai cuisine, it so impresses to adhere to the ingredients and methods. When Thai food enters an American restaurant in years past, they tone down to cater to the locals but now it's all about tradition, "If you do not like fish sauce and curry, taco bell and McDonalds is around the corner" Traditional Thai ingredients is the new fad now, everyone wants a taste of the "village life", without food presenters like yourself, Anthony Bordain, and Andrew Zimmern, we would all be stuck at salt and pepper. Thank you so much, please keep teaching us from Texas!

Marion thank you for these authentic, easy and simple recipes. Just hope I'll be able to find all these ingredients. You've included A couple of my favorites and a few new ones.
Your recipes for Thai Cashew Chicken and Soy Sauce Stir Fried Glass Noodles turned out great. Love your clear instructions and how easy you made it.
You are simply magical. I cook your recipes with my children because you make my children feel that they can. These memories are valuable to me beyond words. Thanks from my heart
You are a gem! Your attitude, personality and your love of what you do really shines through 😍

I felt inspired and tried out the tomato egg drop soup. It is really good, and easy to make. I added some minced onion to the tomato mixture and some chili flakes. This soup would probably make a good hangover cure. Thanks!
You're recipes and videos are amazing and spot on. You're becoming one of my favorite chefs. Your mom is adorable.

I'm one who has to leave out the coriander. So inconvenient with my favorite cuisines being Mexican, Indian and Thai. I did learn that if it completely pulverized like in the green sauce with the curried rice she did that it mostly deactivates the enzyme responsible for the awful taste some of us experience. It is a little in the background but manageable. It took me years to figure out why I liked the Indian green chutney which I knew after a while had fresh coriander in it.
I can’t wait to try the Thai Panang Chicken curry. Yum! Just the red curry sauce looks amazing to put over pumpkin or even seafood. Thank you 🙏🏻
