I really hope Try to Fall Asleep makes a come back. It was a very intricate game that I dont think was given enough credit.

This is probably actually the best Scary Games compilation out there. Start off with a cool innovative and freaky horror game, onto a funny goofy low-quality Slenderman knockoff (with multiplayer!), then to a cool horror game with great worldbuilding, then a slightly grotesque but wholesome little game with weird characters, and finally the ultra low quality Scratch game probably made by a kid who just liked horror games but it managed to be hilarious. And then The Lunatic, which actually seemed pretty cool

The first game made me think of… what if they made a horror game that (maybe VR) that interacted with a motion sensor or heart rate monitor, so that when your actual stress level goes up, things start happening in the game based on your body’s natural reactions

as someone with actual brain damage i didn't have hallucinations while in the hospital per se, mostly vivid dreams that i thought were real and that i was trapped in somehow. pretty sure the painkillers had something to do with it! but it was a lot like the game in that strange unexplainable things kept happening and the place i was in changed on a dime. it's actually fun seeing stuff like that cause my experience doesn't feel like such an outlier :D

That sounds like ICU psychosis - my husband experienced that after a motorcycle accident (injuries included a TBI) and it was pretty traumatic for him. He was also on some pretty heavy meds that left him really disoriented.

I love how much effort him and his team, or whatever you wanna call it, put into the subtitles it's so awesome to watch with them on and hear every mark words and made up sounds while reading them. I know it has to be appreciate by the people who need it most. He has my respect even more, the more I learn about him and watch his videos they're always so much effort and love into them. Even if they are simple videos. Props Mr. iplier!

The robot's sad little "okay, then" at 7:24 when Mark skipped over his dialog was surprisingly heart-wrenching. :P

Yewtater Tomater pretty sure the robot can tell about the hallucinations is because it’s aware of your stress meter and you know, hallucinations = stress

He also literally said it killed them during its escape, then proceeded to laugh at it for supposedly saying they were sent to hunt it down, when his reading of it didn't even mention them being sent to hunt down. Reading comprehension complications, I guess. Though the copy should have mentioned that before the line about the creature being terminated; the chance of confusion would have been greatly reduced, not to mention it only makes sense to leave off with that, anyway.

22:29 I had almost the exact same reaction XD this first game is really cool
