5 times the quality
The “overthinking the perfect plan” was incredibly accurate, as a young player I can relate to trying to formulate some perfect plan which isn’t possible.
2minutes Tuesday is the best thing online ever It literally 5* the time and quality
I love Matt because despite being American, he say Football

You should definitely become a manager after your playing career. Kids would benefit so much from all your experience🙌

a manager with a KZread channel😂 he'll be setting a new trend for future managers
My expenses only consist of cleats, soccer balls, cones and mosquito spray.
I really needed to hear number 6. I currently play in a small team in the lowest division our age (Males 15-16 Y.O) and I often feel that my level is higher than the team. All my friends play here and it's where I live, but one of my other friends who plays in a team in the highest division our age wants me to switch, since he sees me on the same level as them. I have really been thinking about this move but I think this was the breaking point, as I realized that I would never be able to improve at the same rate here as in the other team.
These habits are very detailed, thanks!

1. Purchasing Unnecessary Equipment INSTEAD: Purchase the basics instead. 2. Relying on Supplements (Vitamin/Pills) INSTEAD Create a balanced diet. 3. Overemphasizing Recovery Tools INSTEAD Sleep, Hydrate, Eat well. 4. Overthinking the Perfect Training Plan INSTEAD Just do it! Go out and train. 5. Over-relying on Analytical Tools INSTEAD Focus on the holistic performance. 6. Loyalty. INSTEAD Do what is best for your own career.
The last one really hit different 😪
Love that 4th one. So many people want the perfect workout when it really doesn’t exist.... just gotta get working 💪💪💪

Exactly. Start grinding, and you'll find out what exercises, training programs you like. People looking for the perfect workout, and are stuck in the 'paralysis by analysis' phase are usually the people who aren't willing to put in the work, and try to find the easy way to do things.

1:25 getting that prem ball flex in 😂
I love how this guy doesn’t even do it for the money most people would add those extra few seconds to get the bag but he just cares about giving great information.
I appreciate how 2 minutes Tuesday are never 2 minutes! More content 🔥
What a video Matt! Out of all the languages, This man woke and up chose to speak facts. 🗣
That loyalty one is so true. But at the same time we've seen time and again pro footballers leaving clubs they've been at for a long time to go to a different environment with little success, it just goes to show that the grass is not always greener on the other side
Very helpful! Keep working hard 💪
This guy is dropping priceless information for free… take him in
Love this Matt! Shoutout to all the pairs
Great Video.. Thank u for sharing.. Robin
Simplicity really is best 👌🏾 the main theme I get from this. Quality video per usual Matt
I see Matt being a Coach/ Manager in the future
This is why football is so amazing. Like Matt said, you only need some cones and footballs to get quality training, whether you are a professional or just looking to get better. viva el futbol
Amazing Video Matt 👏🏽
The recovery stuff is so true. Even when you said fitness. If you’re FIT! Which came from doing your gym exercises and eating properly hydrating and sleeping.... you’ll recover quiet well lol if you’re not fit doesn’t matter how many times you want to sit in ice you’ll still be hurting and maybe injured too. Also on point with loyalty. No such thing as family at those levels. The only family is the one in your house. Do everything that’s best for you.
I get hella hyped when I see a new video no cap
The loyalty is such a big reason. I was half injured for almost half of the season. Missed the first half pf the season. everyone kept telling me to come play and you’ll rest later but now I’m in off season and I can’t run. I can’t get better as a player because i was “loyal” to my team
Great video as always!
Matt,love watching your vids 🔥🔥♥️
Awesome video keep it up Matt ❤️🔥
Great! Thanks
Loved the video helped me a lot🙌
Thanks for the video

absolute gems, #6!!!!
Too Minutes Tuesday 🔥 Love it!
Really helpful video
The advice u gave was helpful.😊
Thank you 🙌
Last one is absolutely correct 👍🏼. Self loyalty before other's🖤.
im so glad you put loyalty. I'm only 17 but have already learnt I need to put myself first
3rd day watching u and I’m starting to look up to you keep it up
Great video
Hi Matt, as a fullback do you have any advice on how to do that long throw in like Gareth Bale for example? Maybe you could do a video on it because it became a powerful weapon and skill that more and more fullbacks are trying to master
Good video 👍
Amazing video! 🧠 Love your sense of humour too 8
Last one was so true, if only i had this advice sooner
Hi man I am from Tulsa to,big fan
Quality video 😯😊
great video
the cap at the end lmao 9:40
I find knowing what you want and need to work on and focusing on that makes plans less relevant. Take whatever drill you like and tailor it to what you want to work on.
Hey Matt! New to the channel! Just wondering do you play MLS?
The 6th point 👏 Glad to hear someone mention it at last
0:48 lol, I like how Matt still puts the timer
5:20 Probably the cleanest plug I’ve ever seen
Thanks for be video
The quality couldn't be better, how accurate this guy is with his words and sentences is top.
Facts💯
Man I have learned so much with these two minute Tuesdays. Thanks Matt.👍
Would recommend wellman sport and TUMERIC
Can you make a video about the differences between college football and professional? Thanks Matt 🤛🏿

Hey Matt, if you can answer tell me does resistance bands and bodyweight exercises helps in building muscles and strength since the Gym Equipment like Dumbbells, Barbell etc are expensive?
matt just of curiosity do you watch top-flight football games because i have never seen you watching? which team do you support?
excellent video . 5 stars.
More contents!!!
Matt be speaking facts🐐
The FotMob one was a flex
What is your opinion on normatech leg recoverysystem?
Can we officially change it to 10 minute Tuesday?
Man, honestly... I am so jealous at you guys. I wish I had access and the ability to wirk with all the informations out there 15-20 years ago.
What about stretching for recovery?
How do i "STAY LOYAL" to my career?
"If I had to guess I'd say I'm slightly a bit over 2 minutes" yeah, just a bit😂😅 Insightful content, totally agree with the last one🤝🏼💯
Please do a foam rolling session please
Hmm what do yall think abt the loyalty one? I feel conflicted hearing that ..
paralysis by analysis 😂,great video matter
Love from India 💝
Im only 13 and i am trying to become pro and this channel is sooo helpful thanks bro 🔥

Love it
matt how about doing a week in the life of a footballer
The cap killed me 😂
I always wandered how much benefit to your game juggling actually has, other than refining your touch - it’s not something that has much bearing on your game. What do you guys think?
@kylemiller5671

Ronaldinho said he did 3 sets of 600 juggles everyday. It didn't just make his touch legendary, he was able to perceive more of the match by focusing on his surroundings more than his next touch. Great things happen when you're able to manipulate the ball effortlessly.
