Brown band with a black dial looks like brown shoes with a blue suit. IMHO. The Gingerbread one is being shipped to me as I write this. Bought it last week to go with a Seiko Men's 5 Sports Desert Military Automatic Snzg07J1 that’s also on the way. Now THAT will look great! lol. You can’t wear the white band after Labor Day. Keep doin these band vids. Way fun.

Love the Barton range for value. A word of advice about the suede like ones. They get dirty and stain easily, also wish they would taper.

Who needs ten or twelve holes in a watch strap? BTW, the white stitching tends to look terrible after a couple of weeks.

If you have a watch with a black dial, red bezel and white indices what colour strap would be ideal for it.

Blue gives me that OH Yeah vibe. I love me a good blue watch band!

Man, I am really liking that Steinhart/saddle combo. Reminds me of one of those Chitty Chitty Bang Bang-era Bentley's in British Racing Green with all those leather hood straps and stuff. And...after convulsing involuntarily when I first saw it, the white band actually grew on me. Good call pairing it with the white dial. It'll look right at home on your yacht.

You should check out the Orient Star Classic watches. There's some good sales on them this week for black friday, and Imo they're comparable if not better with the seiko sarbs.

well i just ordered a couple more, the black canvas and autumn canvas straps. I had the army green one already.

I think as long as you make the colors of the video the same as you see them, they should be correct. It's different point how someone else will see them after that though :)) Thanks for the nice review!

Hahaha! I thought the video was over, and then I hear "uuuuhhhh... We may have a problem...." heh heh! Uncle Jimmy.... Anyways, They are all nice. My favorite had to be the navy blue with the modded Seiko. That's super nice. I guess my least favorite was the pumpkin/orange/coral one at the end. I was not feeling that one. The white one is not me, but, I feel like, if the right person was wearing it, it would be great. It looked great. Nice job man! I'm waiting for the Uncle Jimmy T shirt to come out... No pressure.... ;)

Thank you for producing and offering the happy peanut tee. I will be ordering one (or two) when I return home next week. I wonder, is "happy peanut" a polite euphemism referring to a state of, ahem, tumescence? I ask because I think it would be a cute gift for my 10 year-old son : ) FYI, a quick reference of my Pantone chart indicates that the Autumn Canvas strap is very close to "russet orange." Specifically, that would be PANTONE 16-1255 TPX. Of course, that is assuming that your monitor is calibrated to to Adobe RGB (1998) as is my monitor. Cheers Curt.

Hehehe. Tumescence indeed :p It's part of an inside joke between my friends and I that transposed into this channel. You're right on the money with the autumn colored strap looking very close, if not exactly the same as "russet orange". My editor is using sRGB. I think. When I corrected the color of the strap, I literally held it side by side with the video. :p Cheers, man!

When it comes to watches , you and I were probably separated at birth . I also ride bikes since I remember and dive . My personality and tone of voice is kind of like yours too ..... Lol . My father was a master watchmaker by trade and a rescue diver and a rider by choice so when I wasn't diving or riding with him , I was standing by his side watching him work on those tiny mechanisms . I don't collect watches , I just buy them and wear them ( it is hard for me to own something that I don't use or wear ) . I subscribed to your channel halfway through the video ( right when you showed the Alpha ) by the way , What is a D Bang guy .... ?

White strap is very feminine. But, had it had red stitching, it would be masculine, like a baseball.

Think about it, a dive watch goes in water so leather isn’t going to work, and canvas not so much so steel and rubber or resin.

Maybe all the freebies they send to every youtuber are why they charge you for the spring bars on no quick release bands. Most freebies will look "Really, really good" especially if you want more... Over priced for those of us that would have to pay for them.
