Thank you for your kind words! You might be a better fit for the exercise class since you are already 3 months post op. Here’s the link: www.succeedcourses.com/Exercise-class The Post Surgery Course is still a great option as well if the exercise class is what you need.

I have a theory about that …. In my younger years, I was a professional athlete and I had three reconstructive surgeries on one knee. The last surgery I had was about 45 years ago and during that time after those surgeries, I continue doing several sports and my knee never bothered me. Roughly 20 years ago I had an orthopedic doctor check out my knee and when he saw the x-ray he told me I had a pretty severe arthritic condition. I did not limp nor did I have any pain and I kept going until the pain finally crept in. I had knee replacement surgery roughly 7 weeks ago. When I began doing the stretches and exercises, I noticed that I had a lot of pain in my back as well as my knee. As I thought about it, I believed that I had compensated the way I walked during those 40+ years to favor that damaged me. I spoke to the surgeon after the surgery and he explained what he did and essentially he lined up the new artificial me to operate the way it is supposed to. So all of those years of my compensation changed my body alignment and now I have to deal with everything that goes on with the new knee and, essentially retraining or realigning my body again. Once I discovered this had created the issue with my back, I now do stretches and exercises with my back as well as my knee rehabilitation. I am very confident that everything will work out because the pain in my back is gradually going away. I hope this helps.
