I just survived my first semester teaching middle school and have been looking for ways to better build community, increase good behavior, and motivate students to learn. All of these tips and ideas are great. I will definitely be using them come January! Thank you🔥🔥
This channel is wonderful! I myself am trying to use incentives, often based on what we were doing with lab that week, but I often forget to reward good behavior at the end of every week. Gonna start rewarding as soon as it happens and keeping notes of student on task behavior next semester.
