Sabrina I really enjoy your videos, and this one really touched me. It's so wonderful to realise how our values of friendship & family can be so contagious. Thank you!

Love your video. Just came back from BA. I’m french canadian used to kiss everybody and to talk with my hands and a good clapper and enjoy life and my family, had a great asado with some friends it was great. Can’t wait to come back for the whole season in january 2025. Buenos aires is my town

Buenos Aires in January is a bad Idea. Best season to come is September to December and March to May. Unless you come to suffer super hot city with the places to have fun closed for vacation (January). Or if you come yo ski, winter is for you

I'm glad you enjoyed the video! I see that Pablo left you a comment about January probably not being the best time to come to BA, he's kind of right, a lot of things are closed in January and the city is a little bit empty, but I personally love the summer and visiting the south of the country during the summer is also great! 😄

My favorite part is part of the video where you're making the asado, it's nice to see you out of the studio!

The Asada reminds me of the Crawfish Boil in Louisiana. Ordering it in a restaurant isn't anything like sharing a long table with all the fixings laid out on a long tabe for communal dining.

I think that's exactly the feeling! Sure, you can find a really nice place that sells this, but it's just not the same!

It's not always about the money and economics. How nice to see someone appreciates social behavior of the people. Everybody talking s...t about the economic situation of Argentina. My home country going through economic crisis like every 10 years since it was built. You have to find ways to stay happy. So thank you for this.

Gracias, super chevere y interesante el tema. Un habit que ahora tengo por haber vivido en Ecuador es almorzar mas q cenar! Y el habito q tengo por haber vivido en Venezuela es decir "Epa chamo!"

the asado is absolutely why I'm coming back to Argentina. But I prefer family asado's to restaurants.

Question, your friends in the asado section, do you communicate with English or Spanish?

Hey there! So I am very fortunate in the sense that most of my friends speak both languages, so a lot of the times we are just switching in between languages when we speak 🙂

You're missing the culture of clapping to the asador as a way of saying thank you for cooking 😬 “Un aplauso para asador”
