🇻🇳 GOAT PENIS HOT POT: Cook broth overnight for 10 hours with goat bones and chinese medicines. In a pot, add lotus root, tarot, tofu skin and soft tofu. Pour in the broth and serve on top of a gas stove. On the table, add the heart, kidneys and penis.
🇻🇳 GOAT BLOOD: Pour goat blood into a bowl. Add cut liver, cut cartiladge and coriander.

🇻🇳 WHOLE ROASTED GOAT: Place the pit through the goat and secure the head and legs. Scorch the stomach to make sewing easy. Add in the sauce (honey, pepper, Indian Prickly Ash). Sew the stomach with the metal strings. Baste with honey, vinegar and natural coloring. Roast the goat while continuously basting. Keep roasting for 45 minutes. Remove the goat and roll it in plastic wrap for 20 minutes. Remove the wrap and serve with fermented soya and ginger sauce.

So glad to see Thuyen back, I know she stayed behind in Vietnam while Sonny was trotting across the planet but it's just so nice to see her back, BEFRS felt like it was missing something without her, as like Calvin she's just so natural with Sonny.

I love seeing Thuyen again. Id never want a permanent cohost but she is definitely my second favorite, Calvin and Sonny have the best show hosting chemistry, Very glad to see her tho and I really hope shes in the next couple videos

We have this hot or cold food thing in my culture too. (I am from Iran) We call this Sardi (for cold) and Garmi (for hot) but the way we think the hot or cold food will affect us is mostly by changing the way our digestive system works. For example if you eat honeydew (which we believe is in the hot category) you might get a sore throat and you might have difficulty pooping later! But if you eat eggplant or fish (which are in the cold category) you might get a tummy ache and have a simulation of what Taco Bell does to you! 😆

Goat is so underrated! Here in the U.S., my neighbor raised a number of goats for meat. I helped with butchering once as a kid, as a learning experience. They gave my family about a quarter of the meat as thanks! Though there is a strong, distinct flavor, it was so useful for us to have when living on a budget. We were eating on that goat for about a year! Plus, they're just so easy to care for, and are super beneficial to raise. Notably for helping with difficult brush removal! Gotta say, that roasted goat looks *_amazing~_*

I have the fondest memories of my cousins cooking Goat every summer, they had a goat & lamb. My cousin husband was Greek, and boy did he know how to cook both meats. Goat & Lamb were cooked to perfection. I really miss those times. He's recently passed away, but his son's carry on the tradition. But we live in different places. But I always try to get it when I go to Greek town. Yummy 😋

Great video, as always! So happy Thuyen is back! BTW, Sonny, the Chinese medicine concept of foods having different "heat" levels -- like rabbit being a cooling food and beef being a warming food -- is actually catching on in the States as holistic medical practices becomes more popular. In fact, because our pet dog tends to get overheated easily, our veterinarian has us feeding him raw duck because it's a neutral food! Keep up toe wonderful videos!

Working at a major hospital you have all kinds of different people from other countries working near or next to you. Ex: Vietnam, Japan, Egypt, Iran, Philippines, Africa and they would bring in the homemade food, never disappointed with the samples, goat was a fav of mine.
Video suggestion: going to the favorite restaurants of the members of your team that are based in Vietnam (like the producer's favorite, camera man , editors, etc.)

I was volunteering on a cow farm in Northern Iceland a few years ago and the people I was staying with chopped up some raw udder, fried them, and served them to me with potatoes.
