Me cause I don't think I would have other wise payed too much attention. Sonny the one actually made me look closer at the tv dudes.

I like how his personality didn’t change, if anything he was able to be more himself when he moved to KZread

I actually saw these 2 pilot shows late at night when they aired and I was like holy s*it this is Sonny! Good for him! Was excited for the show but your KZread channel is 1000% better with allowing your tire humor to shine through!👍

As far as the TV show goes, I think the reason it didn't make it was because 'they' sucked all the 'flavor' out of it. If they'd just let you be YOU it would have gone over much better with the audience, exactly like your present 'home grown' production does. I'm sure you've read many times in the comments that 'they' should give you your own show, and yes it's true; but they would have to let you have more 'creative control' of it.... But of course 'they' always think they know better.... In the end you've proved that you're better off doing your own thing...

Who needs the travel channel when you got Sonnys KZread channel, keep killing it sonny, your the best, can't get enough of it, I hope someday to get to meet you man, you have really inspired me to want to leave the country an try other foods.

Gotta be honest, its way better when you and your team handle the whole production aspect, and mostly editing. Because its more like you, your unique humor, its more human and most importantly uncencored (well its beep out but you know) and it makes everything a lot me genuine and real.

Most of them still speak German, so I don't think they forgot much. In fact, I'd say the average German has forgotten far more about old Germany than these people have, considering they keep living in a 19th century fashion.

I would’ve definitely watched your show. I grew up watching Andrew Zimmern and Anthony Bourdain 😅 Also the bandana is smart because now we see the bandana and think of you and your channel, plus it wicks up the sweat.

That show seemed very tofu without sauce (lacking flavor) Your show has so many layers, food, culture, humor, and soul. Glad you didn’t go back in time as TV is so outdated, who has time for that? Entertainment on demand is where its at. Keep up the great work and thank the gods that you didn’t get sidetracked in your journey.

I love the owner/chef of the second restaurant Sonny went to. I could listen to him talk about his food all day!

I have a new found respect for sunny after this video he had so many no’s before before the success he found and did not give up, doesn’t seems the least bit defeated by it.

I think that crabster looked amazing. I would have watched the show if it was picked up, I used to watch travel channel all the time.

I would have watched that show for sure but I'm actually glad you're on KZread. Instead of having to wait for a show that comes on once a week or whatever I can watch as much as I want, anytime I want. I can't pick what looked like the best dish since it all looked amazing to me. The more complex dishes were probably the best but sometimes simplicity can be surprisingly delicious

There’s this show on history channel named “eating history” and they literally buy and eat old expired foods . If that can be a show ,you should definitely have a show on discovery channel ,forget the travel channel no one watches that lol.

When I was a little boy my grandparents lived in Sarasota. EVERYONE had one of those trikes and road them everywhere. It was so cool to see you riding one, it brought back such great memories!!!
