🐤 CHIM BỒ CÂU KHÔNG LỐI THOÁT (NO EXIT DOVE): Clean the bird and then boil it for 8 minutes. Place the sticky rice (seasoned with MSG, salt, sugar, ground pepper) on a plastic wrap. Take the boiled dove out, and cut the head 2 small bones near the drumsticks and place them in the body. Wrap the sticky rice around the dove. Place it in a hot pan and deep fry until the sticky rice turns golden yellow. Serve with a mixture of ground peanut, sesame seeds and pepper-salt-chiffonade lime leaves- and a squeeze of lime.

Blanch the mugwort leaves, then add it in the pot.

I love Thuyen, so enjoyable to watch, and it's easier to feel the excitement and pleasure of eating just watching her, she always looks like she is genuinely enjoying the experience. She has no pretense and just have raw emotions and reviews on all the experiences, hard not to love.
One of my favorite vids. Fantastic. I would absolutely love to try foods like this. I cant imagine the joy this crew must have working on this show. Every episode just seems so fun to me. I love it.
Thuyen is absolutely adorable. She definitely needs to be a permanent co-host. 💜

So interesting to watch how different cultures embraces different dishes, but I love shows like this that helps the rest of us step outside of the box and understand that you eat what's around you and what you have...saying that, it would take me a lot to try some of these dishes, even though they do look pretty tasty non the less. Looks freaking gross and if it's anything like human blood, when we're bleeding, they can have it. I've eaten the cooked blood before though and they don't really taste like anything to me. Texture is kind of like Jello. Haven't had it in like 40 plus years so my recollection might be way off.
