    I just ate 3 bananas , 1 cup curd , 1 glass milk if iam not able to take curd . It works well , u need to wait for one month to see noticible changes . I gained 8 kg in 3 months .

    I gained 5 kg ....not a big deal but it made me happy and of course I saw changes in my body.. from 35 to 40 kg. My diet includes : 1. Banana milkshake 2. Dry fruits 3. Regular Chocolate or dark chocolate 4. Increased my eating size n quantity Ex . I used to eat 1 chapati o made it 2 1 bowl of rice , now it's 1 and half bowl I'm now slowly moving to 2 bowls HUGE TIP : 1. eat home made and healthy food 2. Increase your meals slowly , like i mentioned earlier... Like the 1st week drink milkshake and add dry fruits 2nd week increase ur meal size and add chocolate thank you 💞

    @@eldorado4024 I'm not an expert but according to me , if your planning this according to your routine you will be able to reach ur goal and of course of If I can do it you can too !! Another tip for you just don't take stress while following whatever you planned and don't set a timeline for it. We never know how much we will gain, so just let your body adjust to it. Let it happen gradually, just make it ur lifestyle... So yes that's it .. hope u reach your goal as fast as possible 🙂

    I am 60 yrs old and have never reached 90 lbs as yet in my life. I am vegeterian. I eat good meals. I see many people put on weight during covid. I did not put on even one ounce.     1. 4 bananas in mrng as well as in evning 2. One boiled egg each in mrng and evning 3. Curd : aftr lunch.. OR lassi also. Rich in protein. Lassi take aftr breakfast... 4.     Thankyou for mentioning whole milk, skimmed is a false economy, body stores it as fat anyway as it's harder to break down, can't go crazy on the whole milk! Not good for the heart!

    2 dates in a day is also more than enough for some people. 20 dates in a day will lead to diarrhea problems.

    I used a various types of supliments for weight gain by taking those my weight also gained but after discontinued those my weight is decreased then I started taking Livcon syrup and Assicon syrup by taking those I gained 13 kg in 4 months now after 5 moths discontinue those syrups my weight was maintain.

    Good and right information! Does work. I had tried these long back when I was thin as stick and I had started gaining good weight. 😊 This is the best way to gain weight. All I did was to eat 3 bananas with milk daily, omelette or boiled eggs and curd mixed with sugar! Include this in your daily routine. You'll start seeing the difference in 15 days ☺️ or in a month or two definitely! 😊

    Bananas eggs milk dates and curd! As someone that’s constantly body/ skinny shamed, i will try this hopefully i stay consistent and reach my goal(53 kg) i am currently flat 46 kgs.
